This is a beautiful, well maintained two bedroom condo in the Victorian era mining town/ski resort of Breckenridge. The owners live nearby and are continuously upgrading the unit.

The unit sits one block off Main Street at the corner of Ski Hill Rd. and Park Avenue (at the base of Peak Eight). It features a queen size bed in each bedroom and a queen sofa bed.

The develpment is a short walk (approx. 1 block) to the new gondola. In addition, the ski shuttle stops right at our driveway for the short shuttle to the ski lifts. At the end of the day you may ski to the condo via the Four O' Clock run and Sawmill Road or the new cut-off from Four O' Clock run to the parking lots. All shopping, dining and activities in town are a short walk from the condo.

Perfect Ski Retreat

We had two couples in our group. It was the perfect size! We enjoyed the location being able to walk downtown just a block away and less than a block to the gondola. It was also perfect having the Four O'clock run drop you off right by the condo. It was a perfect vacation all around! Definitely look forward to returning!

Great Location for Skiing in Breckenridge

Our family just stayed here during our last family ski vacation and loved it. Condo has a great location with a short walk to town or down to the gondola for skiing. It is an easy walk back "down" the hill from the end of Four O'clock run or "up" the hill from the Gondola Ski back. City Market grocery located a short drive on the same road. The condo looks just like its photos - comfortable space and well maintained. The hot tub is close and visible right out of the window. Nice large area for getting out of your snow gear and storing your skis. We had covered parking. The owners seemed very professional, helpful, and from the action photos in the condo, accomplished skiers. Now we're trying to figure out how to afford coming back here before Christmas 2011 instead of after New Year's 2012!
