One-of-a-kind luxurious beach house. Stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, Golden Gate Bridge and surrounding hills abound in this 5 bedroom, 2 ½ bath, 3 level house.
Large gourmet kitchen with SubZero refrigerator, Viking Professional Range, Amana Radarange and Kitchenaid dishwasher, opens to the living room and dining room – all face the ocean and access a long deck with views of the Golden Gate Bridge. There is a Yamaha Concert Grand Disclavier Player Piano in the living room and antique furniture made of dark carved hardwood can be found throughout the dwelling. Stereo sound system in the living room has the ability to pipe music in each room in the house. There is an office off of the living room with a sofabed that will sleep 2.
Second level has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, one full bathroom with shower over tub, washer and dryer. Lowest level has two bedrooms with queen beds and a half bath including the large master bedroom with sliding glass door which leads to another ocean view deck. Master Bedroom has plentiful closet space in the dressing room and full bathroom with two sinks and deep tub bath and shower. The home has hardwood floors throughout the living area and carpeting in the bedrooms. Terraced yard and large hot tub complete this wonderful home. 3 car street/driveway parking available; sleeps up to 8 in 4 queen beds. Free Cable and Wi-Fi.
From the decks, watch the surfers at Linda Mar Beach or the deer walking through the brush in the early morning or dusk in this quiet and serene setting. It’s just a jaunt to the beach and local supermarket; 20 minutes from the SF Airport; 20 minutes from downtown San Francisco, 15 minutes from Half Moon Bay. Excellent home for large families on vacation, weekend getaways with other couples and work/holiday trips.
Owner lives in the bottom floor apartment on the premises and has exclusive use of the garage. If available, owner is happy to provide suggestions on nearby activities and restaurants as well as any questions about the house.

Why the Owner Chose Pacifica:
The beauty and serenity of this unique location drew me in - I moved from Utah and fell in love with the house, its fabulous views and the charming area. This was my primary home, but my children grew up and now it's too big for me. I want to share this lovely spot with people from all over the globe!
