Year Purchased: 2009
About the owner: It is almost serendipitous that after purchasing my historic home in 2004 that my son and I got the chance to purchase this one 5 years later. We have done tons of work to date (and as you will discover) are not yet quite finished! I would admit that I do not like the work as much as I like what these old gems become when the work is applied. Enjoy Walla Walla!
Why the Owner Chose Walla Walla:
I love historic home/old home restoration. I live one block away by the Sherwood House in an historic 1918 corner home. So...when my son and I got the chance to buy this 1900 beauty, we jumped on the chance. This is multi-use space so our offices occupy a portion of the first floor and the fully remodeled loft is on the second floor.
