We cater to families and extended families and friends who wish to vacation together in luxury or share a special event quietly. We can not allow large parties, including wedding, bachelor or major event parties. We are situated next to a quaint bed and breakfast inn whose guests come to enjoy a family-oriented week or weekend in beautiful Spring Lake.
The house is a huge and spacious sunny home on large lot only 8 houses from the beach. Newly renovated and fully furnished last year with hardwood floors on the main level, living room fireplace and formal dining room. Flexible sleeping arrangements with 5 bedrooms (3 of which are over-sized master bed layouts), large bunk beds in the kid's rooms, and 4 full baths to accommodate all. Fully furnished basement rec room almost 2000 sq ft with 60' TV, stereo, air hockey, ping pong, etc. Full kitchen and washer/dryer in laundry room. Central air conditioning A/C and heating for all zones. Large outdoor back deck with lights, BBQ grill and outdoor shower. First floor porch with seating and second floor terrace. Garage and double driveway area to fit 5 cars.
4 beach passes are available for your use, as well as a large selection of beach chairs, umbrellas and sand and water toys. We use quality Egyptian linens and bath and beach towels are provided for your use, there is no need to bring your own.
We keep a fully stocked kitchen which includes a full assortment of cooking pots and pans, utensils, glasses, etc - as well as a range of condiments so there is no need to purchase these for the week. This would include items like spices, coffee/tea, ketchup, mustard, mayo, oil and vinegar, etc. We also stock cleaning supplies, including garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, laundry detergents, etc.
We are pet-friendly, but please contact regarding acceptable pets.
Also note there is NO smoking please.
In addition to a security deposit, a minimum cleaning fee of $150 is required of all rentals provided all linens and towels are washed with beds re-made with cleaned linens. Please note that our cleaning company does charge extra if the house is not left in the pre-arrival condition.

I found my stay in this gorgeous home very pleasurable. The house was large with plenty of room for my family and friends. The furniture is high quality, new and extremely comfortable. It's actually more beautifully furnished than many personal homes. It is certainly not what you would expect in a rental at the shore. Everything was at our disposal from the kitchen to clean fresh linens and towels. The basement had plenty of games for the kids and a large TV with sitting area. It was only one block distance walking to the beach with pool passes. I was appalled with the review that read Extremely Disappointed..... and felt it was my duty to respond. I did not experienced any of the situations which the review mentioned. In fact, it was the opposite, spotless and very clean. The owner Barbara is a doll and very easy to work with. Every year a group of my Mommy friends and I get away for a long weekend. This year we stayed close to home in this delightful home so close to the beach. The size of the house is very deceptive from the outside. It just keeps going and going. Everything we needed to cook tons of delicious food and RELAX was right at our fingertips. Barbara is a gem and so easy to work with. We're looking forward to booking next years long weekend with her again. Choose this home. You will not be disappointed.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

A group of friends and I had a fun weekend in this house. It is much larger than it seems online--plenty of space for everyone and lots of common space. The game room was a lot of fun, and the house is only a block from the beach. Spring Lake was a cute town with restaurants and stores, and the downtown is just a few blocks from the house.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children.

My family and I spent a week at this Spring Lake house over Thanksgiving. It is a very lovely house, accurately portrayed in the pictures. It is just over one block from the Jersey Shore and Boardwalk, and only a few short blocks to Spring Lake. The house is comfortable, well-decorated, clean. You can see the ocean from the balcony. There were 14 of us and the house was big enough that we were all able to have our own space. The basement, with ping pong and air hockey tables and big screen tv, was a perfect place for the teenagers to hang out and play music. Barbara, the owner, was helpful, friendly, and accessible. I would highly recommend this house to others. Thanks for everything, Barbara.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Spring Lake is a wonderful family oriented town with long stretches of sandy beach and the town pool and rec building just 1 block away. Beautiful parks and lake areas are perfect for walks and picnics and also only 1 block away. The 18-hole golf course is 7 blocks from the location and stores, restaurants and other entertainment are in the immediate vicinity. Very active night life spots are plentiful in the surrounding towns just 3-5 minutes drive.
