This is my first family vacation as the head of the family and I could be happier.I had been to Destin as a child and I love area. Condo was great. Children loved pool and beach. I will recommend to anyone.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We loved staying here at Maravilla! It was in close range of everything. We could see the beach from the patio and shopping and dining were only a few minutes away (we drove to the outlet mall and restaurants). We ate at Captain Daves, Kenny D's, and our favorite, Brewster's Ice Cream! The beach was perfect, the waves were HUGE and a lot of fun, and having the reserved chairs were an added bonus! We plan to come back around the same time next year, to enjoy another vacation!Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
Owner response: This condo is perfect for couples or small families. The pool, hot tub, tennis courts, barbeque grills, clubhouse, parking are right outside the front door. The beach with your chair & umbrella set up is just a short stroll out the patio doors.

About the owner: I love this family friendly complex and would like to share it with you. Just the smell of the fresh salt air and the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico, not to mention the seafood. So relaxing! A place to get away from it all. Everything is so convenient and nearby, yet so far away.

Maravilla is family friendly, gated community. You can sit on the patio while the kids are playing on the grassy knoll or head out the front door to the pool, hot tub, tennis courts, clubhouse. So close to everything.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I love going up to the private access beach and having my beach chair & umbrella set up for me by the beach attendant. Maravilla's own 500 ft beach is uncrowded and the sand is crystal white. Then at the end of the day take a dip in the pool and relax in the hot tub. Maybe even having a Margarita!
