Mangoes Villa is a modern, spacious and luxuriously furnished and equipped 3 BR villa located in the gated Samaan Grove development. Samaan Grove is centrally located, within 7-10 minutes from the airport and all the popular beaches like Store Bay, Pigeon Point, Grange Bay and Mt. Irvine Bay. It is close to supermarkets and dining options from fast food to fine dining . The environment is clean, well maintained, quiet and peaceful, allowing guests to relax and enjoy their stay with no concerns about their privacy or security. On entering the villa, you will immediately appreciate the quality and thoughtfulness of the design and construction, finishes and furnishings. You will enjoy a truly luxurious holiday experience with no compromises. The open plan design allows easy flows from the kitchen and Great Room through a large doorway to the porch and on to the swimming pool and pool deck. Families with young children can easily keep an eye on their children at all times.
Every modern convenience is provided - full air-conditioning including the Great Room (not just the bedrooms), plus ceiling fans everywhere if fresh air is desired. The high end kitchen boasts teak kitchen cabinetry and granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances include side/side fridge with ice/water dispenser, smooth top electric range, combination range hood/microwave, and dishwasher. Of course, a washer/dryer is provided for your convenience.
The large pool and pool deck are designed to facilitate every type of activity - from tanning, lazing around in the water, having fun with the kids, or swimming laps. The pool's maximum 4 1/2' depth and multiple levels of shallow areas makes it is safe for children and non-swimmers alike. A gas barbeque grill encourages outdoor cooking and al fresco dining on the porch or pool deck.
The large centrally located kitchen island and snack bar counter with bar stools encourages both kids and adults to hang out and enjoy snacks or drinks without missing out on activities elsewhere. The island is a great place for tech-oriented guests to hang out with their laptops to take advantage of the high speed free WiFi internet access. Entertainment options include High Definition DirecTV service with a 55' flat screen TV together with Blu Ray DVD player in the Great Room, stereo system with CD player, radio and MP3 player, and free WiFi internet access. Two other bedrooms also boast flat screen TVs with Blu Ray DVD players. There is even a collection of Blu Ray DVD movies for you to enjoy. The sense of luxury is continued with the spacious and beautifully finished bedrooms as well as the modern European-style bathrooms with walk-in shower stalls with rainshower heads and frameless glass panels.

The Rates quoted are for up to 8 guests. To make a booking a Reservation Payment of 1 night's rent is required. This becomes the Security Deposit upon arrival, and is refunded within 7 days after departure, less applicable damage deductions. The full Rental Payment is required 30 days before arrival.
