It just doesn't get any better than this! Picture yourself getting up in the morning and sipping a cup of joe while relaxing in the screened-in lanai with the view of the river and the sunrise. In the evening, you can take your dessert out to the second lanai on the west side of the unit and watch the sunset and the boats in the basin coming in from their day out at sea. You have slept great because you don't hear a peep from your friend who is snoring in the other bedroom because there is a nice little den separating the bedrooms. You can go there too to read a book later while the guys all watch their favorite sporting event on the large flat screen television. Cooking here is great because this kitchen has been furnished with love. All the conveniences of home are included. Rent yourself a boat and park it at your personal dock space or have your friends pick you up in their boat. This first floor unit makes it nice to pop out to watch the porpoise or manatees coming in or to catch your own fish dinner. It is so convenient with the location being at the foot of the Cape Coral bridge for easy access to Fort Myers, shopping, beaches, restaurants and the local waterpark. We have several spring training teams here, the Red Sox and the Twins.

About the owner: I live in Ohio and also stay at my lovely Cape Coral condo as often as I can mostly to escape the cold winters. I am a youthful 80+ which I attribute to exercising every single day. I am a retired hairdresser. I have one son and one grandson and a wonderful daughter-in- law too, she's like my daughter. I enjoying cooking for them and entertaining my friends. I love gardening, shelling, walking on the beach, and traveling. One of my fondest memories was sitting on Elvis's lap while vacationing in Hawaii in the 1970's!

My son and daughter-in-law own property in Cape Coral and after visiting quite often, I decided I needed to own a piece of paradise too to escape from the winter as often as I can.

Gorgeous water views from two different screened in lanais are my favorites pass times while I am here. It is so relaxing. The kitchen is nice and large too which is great for cooking and for entertaining. I enjoy the heated pool and fishing at the dock. It is really convenient here also.
