This 3400 total SF fully air-conditioned villa is the largest floor plan in Windsor Hills, newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters and high end stainless steel appliances. Thirteen family members from various states met at this home to celebrate our parents' 50th wedding anniversary. This home was perfect for our range of ages as there was a first-floor bedroom/bathroom for the grandparents. We were able to put 7 kids to bed upstairs away from the visiting adults in their very cozy bedrooms. Not only is this home close to everything we visited (Disney, Sea World, Cape Canaveral, and Premium Outlets), this home was clean and comfortable. We could spread out or be together. Having the fenced pool was a must-have with 2 two-year olds that loved the water. Adults could relax while watching the kids. Wow!!! What a pleasure to have a home away from home. We were in town for a conference so it was nice have a place for the kids and in-laws to hang out while we did the conference thing. This house had everything we needed to feel at home. The rooms were great and the beds were super comfy. the kids (14, 11 & 10 enjoyrd the game room) There were 7 adults and 3 kids and everyone had plenty of room and their own bed. It was nice to wake up to the smell of bacon and coffee and a home cooked breakfast. In the evenings we had dinner, and watched TV. The house was 10 min max from Disney and very close to a lot of places. If you are looking for that "home" feeling, this is definitely the place to stay. We rented from Shawn a couple of times before in his house in Emerald Island resortc closeby. Shawn has always been very prompt and helpful in answering any questions we had. This time our planned dates were booked for the other home so Shawn recommended this new house they just bought. The house was still under renovation at the time of my booking and no picture was available then. We booked the home based on Shawn’s description of the home, and we are so glad we did. Very clean throughout and almost everything is new and we are the first guest group renting this house:-) The same high end furnishings we expected, quality bedding, towels and kitchen gears. Tastefully decorated interior, beautiful granite counters throughout the house, and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The house had ample room for our party of 16. It is very nice to have a private home theatre where kids can play games and watching movies with doors closed while we have our own time in the family room. The backyard pool deck is quiet and spacious with covered lanai and 2 ceiling fans. We had some quality time by the poolside chatting away with relatives. We stayed in various vacation homes throughout the country and I won’t hesitate to rate it 5 stars for overall cleanliness and outstanding comfort level, for instance we were all bare foot walking around in the house most of the time since the floor is so clean. Thank you again, Shawn, for sharing this wonderful house with us. We will definitely recommend this house to others as we did for the other one you have in Emerald Island! - BethRecommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
