Miami Beach Barbizon Beach Club sits on world-renowed Ocean Drive in the heart of South Beach. The Barbizon is a historic condo-hotel that was built by Premier Art Deco architect Henry Hohauser, in 1937. in 1997 the vacation condo rentals were completely restores. The Barbizon is directly across the street from the beach in the most popular area in all Miami Beach.
Our studio has been recently renovated, and it has all the amenities to accommodate up to 4 people. There is a queen bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate two more adults. The kitchen has stove coffee maker, toaster, blender and microwave oven.
The studio counts with flat screen TV, cable and WiFi.

You will stay right on the famous Ocean Drive, and the beach is right across the street, while all restaurants, bars, nightlife and shops are just a few minutes walk.

                                      Cancellation policy:

                                      Rental Agreement Rental Agreement entered between Blue Park Group (Owner's representative) (Renter). 1. Blue Park Group hereby authorizes the usage of the Condominium located at: , Miami Beach FL 33139 for the dates of: ARRIVAL DATE: DEPARTURE DATE: ( nights). For a total number of: 0 Adults and 0 Children 2. The total amount of payment for entire stay is: $ (incl. cleaning fee & 7% FL Sales Tax). 2.1 This sum does not include a $300 fully refundable security deposit. 2.2 The deposit is NOT applied toward rent however; it is fully refundable within 2 day of departure, provided the following provisions are met: i. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. ii. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. iii. There will be cleaning charges billed out at $25.00 per hour if the apartment is left with an extraordinary amount of cleaning. 3. Guest will be held responsible for the actions of him/herself as well as the rest of his party. Including theft, damage neglect and/or carelessness for property and items located in the unit. 4. NORMAL CHECK-IN HOURS ARE FROM 3:00 P.M TO 8:00 PM. CHECK-OUT TIME IS BY 12:00 NOON. 4.1 CHECK-INS MADE AFTER HOUR ARE SUBJECT TO A $40.00 FEE. 4.2 Early Check-ins or late check-outs can be purchased for a $50.00 fee when unit is available. 4.3 Check-in is on site at the apartment booked or pick up keys at our offices on Lincoln Road. The exact address will be provided after reservation is made. 5. Smoking and pets are prohibited in all units. A $250 fee will be applied if any evidence of smoking or pets are found. 6. Please remember you are renting an apartment, not a hotel room. We do not have full time staff present in the building to provide assistance all times. 7. We do not allow parties or events in our apartments. 8. PAYMENTS: The BALANCE OF RENT is due 3 business days prior to the arrival date either by credit card, bank wire or money order. 8.1 All payments are to be directly deposited to Blue Park Group LLC. 8.2 Credit Card payments are subject to a 3.5% fee. 8.3 PayPal payments are subject to a 4% fee accepted via e-mail: cp@blueparkgrp.com 9. CANCELLATION POLICY: 9.1 Cancellations that are made 45 DAYS prior to the scheduled arrival date are subject to a 50% loss of the advance rental payment. 9.2 Cancellations that are made LESS THAN 45 DAYS prior to the scheduled arrival date are subject to a 100% loss of the advance rental payment. 10. There is a $75 charge to replace missing or broken keys, a $100 charge for lock-outs, a $75 charge for replacing missing or broken lockboxes. Only one set of keys will be provided. 11. Owner or his/her representative shall not be liable for any circumstances beyond his/her control, including but not limited to appliance or heating failure, mechanical failure, unfavorable weather, disruption of utility services including cable TV. There shall be no relocation, rental rate pro-ration, or refund in the event of such circumstances. In the event said property cannot be occupied because of property sale, fire, mandatory hurricane evacuation, eminent domain or act of nature, or if property is unavailable because of construction delays or because of lack of utilities, Lessee agrees that owner's sole liability, as a result of any of these conditions, is a full refund of all payments tendered by guest. Lessee expressly acknowledges that in no event shall the owner be held liable for any sequential or secondary damages, including but not limited to expenses as a result of moving or for any other loss. Lessee agrees to release and indemnify owner from and against all liability should anyone be injured upon the premises during the term of occupancy, resulting from any cause whatsoever, except in the case of personal injury caused by gross negligence on the part of the owner. Lessee agrees to assume liabilities for any and all damages to Lessee's personal property to include damages caused by fire, water, theft and collision caused by the Lessee’s actions during the rental period. Lessee understands and agrees that he/she is financially responsible for the acts and actions of all persons in his/her group and any invited guests. If damages are in excess of the security deposit, Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for cost incurred to repair/replace damaged items. I hereby give permission to charge my credit card for the amounts above. I agree that all rental monies are non-refundable per cancellation policy above.
