  We have rented several houses and condos in both Orlando and Tampa FL over the past 15 years. This townhouse was the cleanest and best stocked home that we have ever stayed in. It is nicely decorated and in a very convenient location. Groceries and shopping are all within 5 minutes and Disney was approx 15 minutes away. The kids enjoyed the community heated pool (84° F) and hot tub (104° F) right across the parking lot. So did I! The community staff was very friendly and seemed prepared to help with anything you need. They even had a pump to inflate the basketball from the townhouse.

  We stayed at this place for an extended vacation in Florida for more than a month from July 22 to Aug 28. It was an excellent property. Very well maintained and included all the amenities as promised. Security and maintenance on the premises was above board. The owners were very friendly & helpful in sorting out a small problem we had when checking in. Location of this property is very convenient. Its very close to O.B.T,192 and more importantly all the Disney parks. We got an annual membership for the kids to the Disney water parks and I would drop them off in less than 20 mins. Three years ago we stayed at a more expensive property with its own water park etc. but in my opinion this property is much better as its closer to everything and you can always buy a Disney annual water park pass(which off course is much better any resort water park) and still save money. I would recommend this to property to anyone who want top value for their money.

  My husband and 4 teenagers and myself stayed at the Wester's townhome. It is exactly as the pictures show. It was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. It is very close to all the theme parks as well. There are plenty of places to shop and eat. The town home upon arrival was spotless. The cleaning crew takes pride in their work which is refreshing. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Why pay the same price for a hotel when you can have a 2 story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. The pools were nice and security was always a presence. Thanks for a great stay!!!!

  My husband and I were looking for a 4 day getaway. This condo was exactly what we were looking for. I based our decision on choosing this condo based on the overall reviews, as I have found in the past some people run outdated reviews that may have been positative at the time. The condo is exactly as stated in both the photos and description. It was spotless, a great central location for both my husband who golfed and I who shopped at "The Loop". The condo is just across the street from the pool/spa area which was very convenient. Correspondence with the owner Holly was quick and easy, directions for arrival and departure were given in great detail. All in all we would not hesitate to say this is a wonderful condo.

  Our stay here was great. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. With 7 of us we had enough space for everyone. It was close to all the Disney parks. The beds were very comfortable and the fans and TV's provided in each room was a nice touch. The pool was heated so you could swim anytime of the day. I do not have anything bad to say about this place. I would definitely stay here again.

  We stayed at this condo from 1/12 - 1/19, we had 4 adults, 2 teens and 2 four-year olds. There was MORE than enough space for everyone! The condo is in wonderful condition, with all the amenities of home. Beds are extremely confortable and furnishings are very nice. We found the master closet has almost anything you would need - beach towels, noodles, games, tennis rackets, a cooler, strollers, a high chair and even a booster seat! The condo is conveniently located steps away from the club house, playground and main pool area. The grounds are VERY clean, and we always saw security patrolling the area (not that they needed to be - but it was nice knowing someone is looking out for you!) Very close to the parks, shopping and dining - it literally took us less than 20 minutes to go virtually everywhere. I could go on and on, I can't say enough great things about this home. We will definitely be staying here again!

  We had a wonderful time at Venetian Bay! This condo was extremely clean and well cared for. It was spacious and extremely quiet! The owners provided nice amenities such as towels, games, movies, plenty of dishes and cookware. The pool was about 85 degrees and very clean. The kids loved the playground which was across the parking lot and a stone's throw away from the condo. There is a mall and plenty of restaurants near by and it is a reasonable distance to all of the parks. The service provided to us was fabulous. We will definitely consider staying here again!

  This place was great. Definitely a home away from home. With 4 kids ranging in age from 3-9, we were looking for a place that at the end of a long day we could come and relax and feel comfortable. This place definitely fit. We were maybe 10-15 minutes from Disney. A lot of restaurants are close by and that was nice. The pool was great, the kids said that was their favorite part of the trip. The owners were very nice to work with and answered every question we had. They also had equipment that we were able to use in the unit, basketball, tennis racquets/balls, beach towels, etc. I highly recommend this rental for your next vacation.

  What a fabulous "home-away-from-home" and was more than we expected!! The photos don't do justice to the lovely layout and the quality of sheets/towels/pillows/etc. were so appreciated. Being so close to the pool was a godsend for my husband who is recovering from surgery and we were delighted at how quiet and peaceful your unit is. We came down for the wedding of our Grandaughter and a family reunion and our two daughters and their families live only 5 miles (no Osceola tolls either) from your place so location was perfect. We would be delighted in recommending your unit and we look forward to returning. Noel & Mary certainly made sure everything was organized and clean on our arrival and were kind to extend our checkout time (late eve flight home) Did give us time to make sure all the linens/towels/dishes were clean and put away. Afraid other family members could not make the trip so we had more room than needed but did have fun with a couple of grandchildren sleep overs. They were truly impressed and was funny to see them try to decide on which room to use.....Blue won out!! Thank you again for your kindness and your lovely home. Loved it!! Fair warning to those who start it but..........we left a 500 piece puzzle in a basket and only managed to put togther 40 pieces. Perhaps the next family will have better luck or at least fun trying.   Hi guys we are from India and I was booked on to this place by my sister in US, they had previous experience of the present location. I have been a world traveller and have stayed in various service apartment and condos I would rate this among the few best places I have known. The place is very convinently located to Disney World and Orlando at 15 minutes drive, It has Walmart at just 4 minutes drive and above all if you do not wish to move out it has a great club house and play area for the children to chill out. Interiors were very good, neat, clean and superb, you feel like having stayed in a five star property.
