Why the Owner Chose Clear Lake
We chose this property because we have been traveling to Clear Lake, Iowa with family for years every Summer. We love the water and always rented jet skis or a boat to tour the beautiful lake. We seemed to always find our way to the Harbourage condominium units. These condos sit around a calm harbor that leads to the main lake. It is family friendly with so many amenities you are never without things to do. The perfect, small town square is minutes away and the calendar of events is plentiful! There is music in the park, art shows, a movie theatre, not to mention that Mason City is 25 minutes away. There are museums, parks, a mall and great restaurants there too. The 2 pools are perfect. If the weather is rainy, just go to the indoor pool and hot tub and maybe play some ping-pong. The people at the Harbourage are friendly and are there to have fun and relax.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love our unit and over the years we keep adding to the list, the things we appreciate! Some of these may seem petty to you but they are the small extras that make renting this unit special. There are no messy tree droppings on the decks, we seem to be out of the wind's way so eating outside every night is perfect. The pool and hot tub are steps away. We have caught up to 25 fish in one day off our dock at the harbor which is in front of our unit. We have great neighbors. Our unit is directly behind the park, our huge deck overlooks it. It is safe for kids, you can sit out on the deck and watch them play. There is a big green space area by the front deck and harbor so you can play horseshoes, etc. An ice cream truck usually comes by on the major holiday weekends. There is a nice bathroom at the outdoor pool (steps away) that has been added in the last few years. We have a trash container nearby, but not too close. We have the biggest parking area of any unit. We have beautiful blooming trees to look at. We are on the end so we have just one set of neighbors. There really are too many things to list!!

Enjoyed my stay in December. Lots to do Christmas by the Lake, sledding, snowmobiling, swimming. Enjoyed our Christmas in the condo. Wonderful owners to work with. I would recommend this to a family.

This condo is perfect for a family getaway! The layout of the unit with the three levels, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, plus pull-out queen-size sofa sleeper in the family room allows a large family plenty of space. The unit offers all the amenities of home and is tastefully decorated too. The kitchen is equipped nicely and the Weber grill off the kitchen on the large deck is great. This is an end unit -- very nice that you don't have neighbors on both sides of you and it's conveniently located next to the indoor pool and just across the street from a park with basketball court and sand volleyball. The outdoor pool was a nice feature when the lake was too rough for boating. Ample parking too. A nice location - quiet - and just a few blocks from the golf course. The view of the harbor is so peaceful - we just loved our visit. The owner was very prompt in answering our questions. We found everything to be as promised - the unit was clean and well maintained. We couldn't have asked for anything more!!

Reasons my family loves this condo: perfect location on lake, 2 pools close by, park (with sand volleyball, basketball court, picnic tables) across the street, tennis courts, EXTREMELY clean condo, very tastefully decorated, plenty of room for our family of 5 and friends (comfortably sleeps at least 10), 2 awesome decks with nice tables/chairs (and grill!), great parking (covered and regular), and it is quiet--we don't hear the neighbors. The neighborhood is also great for morning or afternoon walks.This condo makes you forget your worries at home and enjoy vacation. We always have a hard time leaving!
