Come and enjoy the Emerald Coast beaches at their best. Our condo is located right on the beach; you can step from the condo right onto the white sand, or enjoy the oceanfront view from the private corner unit balcony.
Nicely decorated and fully furnished, this condo was totally remodeled in 2010. Our condo comfortably accommodates up to four people. It features a full kitchen, completely stocked, including granite counter tops and social bar with seating for four. The living area is comfortable and relaxed. The bedroom offers high quality bedding, and a private bathroom.
Located in Okaloosa Island, the Island Sands condominium is a cozy 27 unit complex offering un-crowded beach access, yet minutes from all of the attractions and amenities the Destin area has to offer, including restaurants, shopping, night life, fishing and much more.
Assigned parking and a private pool are provided.
No smoking, no pets. Must be at least 25 years old to rent.

My husband and I spent one week at the Island Sands and enjoyed it very much. The condo was very clean and well kept. The location is beautiful and quiet, yet close to restaurants and things to do. We loved the beach, the pool and the whole complex. The full kitchen came in handy and we used it a few times. Carolina was very easy to work with and quickly answered any questions for us. The only "problems" we had were: having to run out to the store within the first hour for toilet paper and a very wiggley chair on the balcony. Neither of these are a big deal, but stop at the store on the way there.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The corner unit is the way to go, the view was great and loved the beach. The kitchen utensils and outdoor chairs/table need to be swapped out, other than we loved the place!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This condo was very clean and homey. The view is excellent. Everything you need for a great vacation has been supplied. Carolina was easy to work with. I will definitely recommend this condo to friends and hope to visit again.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

The condo was nice and the view was pretty. We had some issues with the air conditioner not cooling but a repairman came out so it got fixed. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

My family enjoyed their stay at Island Sands 301. The condo was very clean and the water was beautiful. My family is already planning another trip back. The owner was great to work with.
