This lovely three bedroom, two bath Designer Bouganvilla Model home was professionally furnished and decorated by Southern Lifestyles of the Villages. The master bedroom has a King size bed. There is also a Queen size bed in the second bedroom. The third bedroom is outfitted as an office with a Queen size pull out sofa, so that the home can sleep six for when guests arrive. There are two full bathrooms. The home is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Towels, linens, pots and pans are all available. Washer/Dryer is included. There is Comcast Cable TV and Hi speed internet. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush! A two seat, night drivable golf cart is included with the rental. Enjoy free golf on twenty nine executive courses with Village IDs. Ten championship courses will require a fee.
NO SMOKERS - NO PETS
The Nancy Lopez Country Club is 3 minutes away and is well known for fine dining in the Villages. Nearby golf courses are the 27 hole Nancy Lopez Legacy championship course and the Walnut Grove, Briarwood, Oakleigh and Amberwood executive courses.
The Mulberry Grove Recreation Center is only 3 minutes away by car or cart. Features include sports swimming pool, fitness center, pickle ball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, together with various clubs and societies too various to mention here. The Mulberry Grove shopping plaza with Publix and other stores and restaurants is about a five minute drive.
The adult pool at Calumet Grove is about 3 minutes away and the family pool at Chatham is about 4 minutes away by car or golf cart.
