This Private Suite Villa with an expansive 2200 square feet of space boasts 3/4 bedrooms, 2 baths. Mix of beds are 2-Kings, 3-Queens, 2-Doubles and 1-Twin Size Bed, with optional request for 2-addl full size stow away air mattresses with linens/blankets. The Villa offers 2 living areas to accommodate the entire family and visiting guests. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area make mornings a breeze and nights entertaining with all cooking utensils and appliances at hand.
Each room in the Villa are a welcome retreat with light, fresh and comfortable with new linens, high thread count sheets, extra pillows and comforatable pillow topped mattresses. The bathrooms are spacious stone travertine open showers, floors and granite counters with fluffy, soft towels. Full size washer and dryer make life convenient.
For entertainment, the Villa offers 2- Plasma TV’s, addl LCD small TV, Expanded cable channels such as HBO and SHO, and on demand movies and TV shows (fee per movie applies if not 'free' on demand). Hi Speed Wireless Interent (WIFI) throught the Villa is always included.

I called to thank lux for my comfortable stay...
I called in to thank Jessica and Lux for a great stay. Very good company to deal with, and felt these people cared. The home was well appointed and clean. Enjoyed my privacy and stay with my family. I did not use homeaway to book this property... Lux recently requested i put my thoughts in writing here. Apparently, there was a very negative review of the property and as a guest which actually stayed at this property, I can truly state that I personally did not experience what the previous persons wrote, and in my opinion, I can vouche that this property is exatcly as described. Nothing more, nothing less. If you are looking for a mansion, this is the wrong property and so would be the price..((lol)).. However, if you are looking for space, comfort, cleanliness, safety and a reasonable price in the city of Houston, I reccommend this for you... Feel free to call or email and ask me...-Glen

Short & Sweet! The bars in the entry speak a thousand words, The gates on both sides are completely open, and there are 3 sets of French doors in back that have zero coverage(blinds neither) we arrived Wednesday and called Jessica to let her know the water heater sounded like fireworks, she said she sent plumber while we were gone and was gonna replace it the following morning. Needless to say it didn't happen. Was promised and it didn't happen nor did I get a follow up. Starting to assume no one ever came out in the first place.

Manager response: We had the unpleasant opportunity to host our very first 'interesting guest'. The reviewer demnaded a refund prior to his arrival due to his area 'being declared in a state of emergency'. When we declined to offer a full refund due to missing other opportunities, he was suddenly able to make the trip, regardgless of 'the declared state of emergency'. We knew prior to the reviewer's arrival we would have issues and he would make demands for money again. We were preparded to take the calls, just knowing beforehand what type of 'individual' we are dealing with. And, as expected, upon the reviewers arrival, the incessant calls came in. Issues about a water heater noise, once resolved as we incurred a plumbing bill, where the plumber noted 'nothing wrong'..., the reviewer stated 'it must not have been acting up when the plumber came..".. All this has been recorded via text messages, and email. Before we were even finished addressing the hot water issue from the night before, so, then it was 'his friend heard a noise at 2am.."...next, he called in to state 'he believes' the "security cameras are not working", so, on and do forth, calls all night about one thing or another. Please review the pictures of the property posted. There are no bars, nor have there been any bars on any part of the property, other than the gate which is made of metal, as most gates are.The blinds have been pulled up on the wondows to take better pictures, but you can see the string belonging to the 2" wooden shades hanging. All windows have window treatments. The double french doors in the breakfast and living area do not. They are doors. Homeaways policies are to post all reviews. They do not discern which are factual and do not get involved. However, as the property manager, we have an opportunity to respond and inform potential guests of the entire scope of the situation, not only a one sided opinion shared by a reviewer that feels if demands are not met, regardless of whether they are legitimate or not, they are entitled to post negative reviews to harrass the homeowner or the property manager. If you have any questions regarding this review, please contact our company.
