  My husband and I stayed at Steve's condo and had a great time. The condo was clean and so close to restaurants, the beach and the marina. This is a great place for the independent traveller. The pool area is a great place to unwind too! We were able to rent bikes at Scooter Bobs - a 5 min walk away. The Shark Bite restaurant was a fun place where locals go. Tiki Hut has an amazing rib night too! We loved walking around the marina and also to the beach access close to the Marina. A must for a special dinner is Magnolia Restaurant. From this condo we could easily walk to the Somewhere Cafe on the beach as well. Fantastic vacation here!

  The apartment was exactly as advertised. It is in a new condominium complex in Turtle Cove. We were also able to get snorkel gear for free from the front desk, which was nice. The bed was comfy, and the view was great. Once you get to the beach (6 minute walk) you're about a 15 minute walk from the first "big" resort on Grace Bay (Gansevoort). My only complaint would be that the kitchen lacked amenities that I would have expected (a sheet tray or any type of pan to put in the oven, salt/pepper shakers, a trash bag, etc.) - fortunately the grocery store is not too far. Taxi cab's are expensive in Provo, so we took local gypsy cabs (walk down to the Green Bean and they'll set you up with someone they know). We were even left a local cell phone by the owner which definitely came in handy! We rented bicycles and got a flat tire in the middle of the island and were able to call the rental place to bring us a new one. I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend. We had such a great time.

  My wife and I were well over due for a wonderful beach vacation. Steve's place in Turks & Caicos was exactly what we needed and wanted! We came here to relax on the beach and scuba, and we really just wanted to enjoy our time and not be encompassed by the resort and spring break life. If you want to stay in a beautiful condo with swimming pools and hot tubs away from all of the craziness, then this is for you. Dont get me wrong, in Provo nothing is far away and neither his this place, but its quiet and romantic. You have a full kitchen to cook your meals and a short walk to the beach where you have excellent reefs just past the swimming areas for great snorkeling. We saw starfish, sharks (docile), turtles and a plethora of fish. It was very nice to take breaks in our dive schedule to just relax and swim/snorkel. Our communication with Steve and his management company were great and both were very nice. The best thing was the price!!! Much more affordable than a resort and much better too. Weather was great and the water is ridiculous! Clear blue water and 82 degrees 90 feet below the surface!! We had a great time here and we would come again and if your into diving we really enjoyed our dives with Dive Provo!!

  I stayed for a week in July 2012, it was my first time to TCI and also out of the US/Canada. I felt totally comfortable as a solo female traveler, and everyone on the island was super friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and make my stay amazing. My stay at this condo was amazing. It had great ocean views, was clean and totally quiet. I often felt like I was the only person in the complex! I spent most of my time on the island outdoors and on the water, so it was perfect for me to cook, sleep and relax at. The front desk workers were extremely helpful. A cell phone was provided for my use, and the little convenience store at the base of the complex came in very handy to refill the minutes and pick up grocery items. The pools and hot tubs are almost always empty, as well as the gazebo. I was so thankful for the washer and dryer in the condo-I did a lot of activities during the day and it was hot-even though I felt I had over packed I ended up needing to use them multiple times. One of the best things about staying here was the location. It is off the resort strip, which allows you to actually get out and see the island for what it is. Turtle Cove Marina and Alexandra beach access paths are within easy walking distance, as well as Bight Beach and several local restaurants and cafes. Fair warning, you need to be over 25 and under 70 to rent a car on this island. I am under 25, but I rented a bike from Scooter Bob's down the road, which was a very easy way to see the island. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay in TCI. I would recommend renting this condo, you can't beat the quality for the price!
