You will enjoy the 3 new pools and fitness center at the Galena Territory Owners club. Brand new, beautiful, one is enclosed and all are included in your rental.
Our townhouse is located in the resort core of The Galena Territory yet offers plenty of privacy. The villa has one bedroom, 2 bathrooms and full kitchen. Couples, as well as small golfing groups will enjoy staying here.
During the summer months, you have full access to the semi-private, heated Walnut Hill pool. The owners club also has a game room, computer room, indoor basketball court and snack bar.
There are over 40 miles of hiking trails in the territory for you to explore. Eagle Ridge Resort and Spa offers three 18-hole and one 9-hole award winning golf courses for you golf enthusiasts. Several other golf courses are available within a short drive. The Galena Territory Marina offers fishing, boat rentals, horseshoes, tennis and volleyball.
Eagle Ridge Resort and Spa is home to the Stonedrift Spa, Woodlands upscale restaurant, Starbucks Coffee and Pisano’s pizza. At the Eagle Ridge General Store you can buy everything from staples to gourmet foods. They carry deli items, prepared salads, sandwiches, fresh baked goods, and fresh produce. Movies, gasoline, wine, liquor and newspapers are also available.
Downtown Galena is only 6 miles away and offers historical landmarks, trolley tours, antiquing, restaurants and unique shopping.

My husband and I had a lovely time at Art and Kathy's townhome. They met us when we arrived and walked us through all instructions. The townhouse was immaculate and extremely well-maintained. It was so peaceful, and we considered it a perfect getaway. We look forward to returning each year! Our long weekend getaway was wonderful. Our stay at Art & Kathy's townhouse was like home away from home. Art & Kathy meet us at the townhouse and were very friendly and informative. Their home is very clean, cozy and loved how quiet it was. Nice little condo near Eagle Ridge resort and the General Store. Sits on a quit street with views of a forest and the gold course in the distance. I would highly recommend!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

Wonderful Fall weekend. Really enjoyed the fireplace and peaceful ambiance. Thought a fire pit would have been nice, but not really practical. Will definitely come back. First time usingt VRBO - easy to use.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We rented this townhouse for three nights this week! The owners, Kathy and Art, met us at the location and explained everything we needed to know. The rental is incredible with everything you may need for a stay away from home. The kitchen was stocked with every type of appliance, cookware and supplies you would ever need! Much better than my own home! The pictures are excellent of the interior, and master bedroom and bath great! Alos loved the two skyklights where you can watch the stars at night. Nice deck and firewood was provided. Kathy and Art left two small loaves of banana and pumpkin bread as a welcome gift. We felt at home with the touches they add as owner managers of this property. We would absolutely book this again, and hope to in the future. Thank you, again, Kathy and Art! Everything was great. Its in the Galena Territories which offers lots to do. Its very near Galena and Dubuque, IA which worked out very well for us. We were very pleased and plan on returning.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

Thanks to Kathy and Art for a wonderful vacation in their home. The place was great - wonderfully stocked, clean and spacious. Special thanks for the use of the beach towels, pool toys and stool for our 3 year old! My husband, I and our 2 girls had a great time. Use of both the owners club pool and the private Walnut Hill pool was great too. My son, two nieces and I spent this past weekend there and loved it. We had more than enough room and with two bathrooms and a full kitchen you can't go wrong! One of the swimming pools is located across the parking lot - with an 8-year old in the mix - we couldn't have asked for a more perfect location. Thank you to the owners for providing everything you need while staying there!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

After coming to the Galena Territory with friends we had to buy our own 'getaway'. We fell in love with the seclusion, spacious feeling and skylights of this townhouse.
