Why the Owner Chose Cove Towers
We chose Naples for numerous reasons, the first being that it is a winter resort. As a CPA, I work all winter with little break and decided that if this was a rental, I wanted to rent out during high season, not when I wanted to use it. Also, we wanted a location frequented by discount airline for competitive rates. Ft Myers is a 30 min drive. We also wanted a beach life that had a lot of the city life that we enjoy, fine dining, art galleries, theatre, symphony,upscale shopping, all here. It is definitely the best spot in Florida.
The Unique Benefits at this High-Rise Condominium
We enjoy golf and there is wall to wall golf in this city. We also love the water and you can never get far from it here. Being at the beach is a life renewing thing for me. Our condos have a water taxi that take you to and from the beach. It is wonderful ride thru the mangroves full of sea birds of all description. The Tarpon Cove Yacht Club is adjacent and you have access to all amenities including dining, tennis, pools with food service, Tiki bar, etc. We love to have lunch at the Tiki Bar.

I am a CPA and Beth is a homemaker. We have 3 grown boys and are exploding with grandchildren with 3 in the last 4 years. We live in Atlanta and enjoy city life very much, dining, theatre, symphony, ballet, etc. We are both very active in the Episcopal Church and devote a lot of our time there.

Just wanted to send you a quick note that I sent off the keys to you yesterday. Hope my delay won't inconvenience you in any way. We had a wonderful time. Everything was beyond wonderful. Everyone was so kind, gracious, and with smiles always that worked on site at the club and guard gate. The little ones loved your neighbor's dog the few times we were able to pet him! We all were so sad to go.
