Enchanting home only a short walk to the beach, Main Street, and shopping. It is close to the hustle and bustle of all Myrtle Beach has to offer, but far enough away to hide from the crowds. A great getaway home in a great location. It is an excellent retreat for a golf trip, family reunion or relaxing vacation.
YES linens (sheets, towels, kitchen towels) and cleaning are included in the rental amount for this spacious and well-appointed home with big bedrooms and a large open living area. This home has a full-sized, fully-stocked kitchen with all of the amenities – microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, crock pot and toaster. The cottage sleeps up to 12 people comfortably with one king bed, two queen beds, two twin beds, a pull out couch and a day bed with two twin mattresses.
There is an HDTV in the living room with cable and on-demand channels, Flat Screen TV's in every bedroom, secure WI-FI high speed internet access (15 Meg download), a patio and a deck, grill, and a two car garage with plenty of storage. There is a community pool with cabana, complete with a hot outdoor shower, only steps away. The property horseshoes around a beautiful cypress pond where you can check out some of the local wildlife. This beautiful cottage will be your home away from home.
We are flexible with our rental periods and will rent weekends (3 day minimum). Monthly, longer term rates are available for those 'snowbirds' wanting a longer rental period during the cooler months. MOTORCYCLE ENTHUSIASTS: This development is not 'motorcycle friendly'. Motorcycles are not allowed anywhere on the property by both tenants and their friends.

The property was as expected. It was clean and well maintained. Within walking distance of the oceanfront, but a golf cart is highly recommended unless you love a good walk. But golf carts are fun! Activities are nearby. It's in the heart of Ocean Drive near the Pavilion, shag clubs and shops with lots of nostalgia. The property has a community pool as well. I would highly recommend this property for a great vacation.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This house was perfect for our vacation. There were 8 of us, and there was plenty of room to spread out and relax. The house was very clean and close enough to the beach to walk or drive. It has everything you need and the kitchen is well-furnished. We especially liked that we were able to all sit and eat together at one table. The owners were very helpful in answering my questions. We'll definitely recommend this house to our family and friends, and hopefully we'll be back again ourselves.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a large group of 11 people and this cottage was a perfect fit for a large group. The house was was clean and spacious. The bedroom down stairs with the queen is a bit noisy due to the ac unit right outside the window. The location was great and it was close to walmart, Kroger and Bi-Lo. I was not impressed with the community pool but the community itself was nice.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

In August 2010, our family rented this fabulous cottage and we're proud to say that it was probably the best vacation we ever had. It was a clean house with a lot of space and our party of 8 had a great deal of fun it it. We love North Myrtle Beach area because it is so close to all the of the activities but still sedate enough to really be able to relax and 'get away from it all'. We are a fun couple that fell in love with Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand the first time we came for a vacation 10+ years ago. We loved it so much we decided to buy this home-away-from-home.

The Cottage is located in a beautiful newer community. It is central to everything - the beach, shopping centers, parks, Main Street, local shops, golf courses and restaurants. Golf Carts are allowed to be driven on the streets in the City of North Myrtle Beach. There is a golf cart rental location on Main Street. It is a fun and convenient way to go to the beach, shopping and getting around.
