We had a wonderful vacation in this condo at the Pelican. It was very clean and well kept. It had everything we needed and more. We loved the large hd television in the living room, and the smaller ones in the bedrooms. Watching the dolphins from the balcomy each morning was awesome. The pool area was very nice and well maintained. We cooked out on the grills which was a nice feature too. Ann was very nice and so easy to work with, and Mark called us during the week to make sure everything was satisfactory. i highly recommend this condo, it's owners, and the Pelican resort. We could not have found a better place to stay on our trip to New Smyrna Beach. This unit included absolutely everything you could possibly want to have a perfect vacation. You cannot use all the extra touches in one week!! The decor is so well done and makes you feel happy and relaxed no matter what room you are in. Susan & Mark are the most caring owners you will ever deal with and they spend so much time on all the little things that make your visit such a great experience. And, the office was also filled with great, friendly people. The condo's view is great, the location is excellent and you should plan to extend your stay--because you will wish you had.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

I have been going here for many years and I love it. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to relax and enjoy the beach - and the view! The owners maintain the property really well and it is easy to see. I can't think of a reason why you wouldn't want to go here! It is truly perfect!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

I've been staying at this condo at least once a summer for almost 10 years. It's a perfect beach getaway and a very short drive from Central Florida. The condo is very clean, and lots of space for a family, or a bunch of friends. This condo has a nice view of both swimming pools and the beach. The owner even has a box of Take-Out menus to local restaurants to help you make easy dinner plans. Manny's Pizza and The Garlic are two of my favorites. I plan on visiting again later this summer!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and I have been to this rental on more than one occasion. Perfect spot for a relaxing and leisurely getaway! Very nice property, well-maintained, and views that can't be beat! We decided last minute to take a vaction and already had friends staying near The Pelican. It was a perfect choice for our family of 4. Right on the beach with nice clean pools and convenient to several restaurant choices. We normally vacation in South Carolina but if we choose to go that far south again I will definetely be contacting these fine folks. We did not get to meet them personally do to our long drive home but the interaction I had on the phone was very pleasant. The recommendation for the Garlic was perfect by the way : )Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We rented on the Atlantic by force due to oil at our personally owned Gulf property. We were sad to loose our Gulf vacation but extrememly happy and pleased with condo 506 C at the Pelican. This condo is very clean and comfortable in every way. The living room seating is plentiful and the beds are comfortable and soft. The photos are very much representative of what you will find when you arrive-no camera tricks! The kitchen is well equipped- we had everything we needed when we cooked (I did bring my own sharp knife, but I always do therefore I cannot comment on whether or not you have a knife for chopping as I didn't look). We met the owners as we arrived (they were inspecting and putting last minute touches on the unit) and it was like we were reuniting with old friends. Susan greeted us with a smile and a big hug! If you are looking for honest, caring homeowners to rent from and a comfortable beachy condo, this is your place. The Owners truly care about the renter's experience and go out of their way to make sure the condo is ready for you and that you enjoy your stay!! The rental process was very professional and all necessary correspondence was handled quickly. We highly recommend this unit and will definitely rent again if we return to the Atlantic coast!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: Our busy work schedules get washed away when we retreat to our slice of paradise. The two of us decorated our "beachy bungalow" piece by piece. A well thought out plan for each room was our goal. We know you will feel as comfortable there as we do!

New Smyrna Beach is stress relief and relaxation for us. Beach combing, collecting shells 'n star fish, 12 miles of wide white sandy beach to walk is great to get lost in.
