  We opted for this apartment due to location, decor and the fact it had a lift. As always with booking accommodation you are a bit nervous before arrival however Johan's communication was great and put me at ease as he was polite, very helpful and very prompt at replying to any query I had. The apartment itself is set in a very quiet street just off Blvd St Germain - it is the perfect location for Metro (three are very close), RER, Notre Dame, buses, Marais and of course the Latin Qtr. A supermarket is just across Blvd St Germain and there are plenty of patisseries, cafes, restaurants etc all within 5 mins walk. Rue Monge is only a few minutes walk away as well. The apartment is exactly as described. It is very comfortable, warm, clean, furnished well and guests are well catered for. The shower is good with lots of pressure and hot water. TV and DVD player are there as well. The apartment block is lovely and obviously well maintained - it is very quiet and we heard nothing when inside the apartment. Any neighbours that we met in the hallway were very polite. We would have absolutely no hesitation in returning to Johan's apartment - it is excellent. We would highly recommend it.

  We were very happy to have found this apartment. It was perfect for us ( family of 3 with one teenager) the location is perfect: close to many cafes,restaurants, and the very lively areas of the Latin Quarter. Supermarkets and the metro station were close too. We coudn't have asked for more. The apartment is spacious, natural light enters through many windows, and comfortable beds. A plus is that the building has an elevator wich was important for us. The most important point was that the hosts were great! Very responsable and polite.We booked the apartement only 36 hours before arrival, and Johan answered inmediatly and tried to help us and guide us the best way possible. Thankyou verry much Brian and Leslie!

  The apartment was clean, the kitchen has all the appliances needed to cook a meal. It's location is incredible, very good restaurants near by, a quiet and secure area, beds are comfortable and the shower/tub is roomy (a rarity in Europe). No noisy neighbors I recommend this apartment to families with children, tourist wanting to get the true feeling of Paris life. I had a special request and they did everything to fulfill that, for which i am very grateful with the host.

  We thoroughly enoyed our stay at this property. We were in Paris for our son's wedding and it fit our needs quite well. It's location was perfect. The apartment was clean and tidy, also very comfortable, and equally charming. We'd come back again.

  The location in a word is simply perfect... There're antiquities close to the apartment, good restaurants, beautiful spots. Around the corner is also a grocery. The apartment is clean and cosy, we really loved it.

  Superbly located apartment with many of Paris top attractions within walking distance. There are lots of good local restaurants within 5 minutes, and markets aswell. The flat was well equipped and clean, with everything that we needed for our stay.

  We were pleasantly suprised by our first Homeaway experience. There's no going back to overpriced tiny hotels for us. The location was excellent and Benoit was available and helpful to us. The property was in great shape and clean We are happy to recommend Benoit and his property. Chandler.

  Perfect location, and the house is clean and big. Very well stocked with amenities and towels etc, beds were comfortable as well! We would stay here again without hesitation. David, Barbara, Lorenzo e Ilaria.

  The place to be in Paris!. The metro, the grocery, the wine market, restaurants, and all the major sites are within walking distance of this wonderful apartment. I was impressed with the apartment, which is really clean and light. In the bare Toilett , you can find, eveything you need: towers, shampoo, haidryer and other equipment. Bright and speckless rooms. Highly recommended!
