75' of westward facing lakefront make for spectacular sunsets. Gradual slope allows you to walk right into the lake.(Don't forget your water shoes.) You can fish from our dock or bring your boat and paddle or motor away. The quiet dead end road is great for family walks. It's an easy bike ride to North Hero State Park. Or bring your kayak or canoe and paddle over! More experienced bicyclists will appreciate the Champlain Islands Bikeway. Clean off after a day of fun in the outdoor shower.
Plenty of entertaining space on the large deck with gas grill. Play croquet lake side. Roast marshmallows over the fire.
Fully equipped kitchen includes gas range, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and blender. A wall-mounted HDTV with Blu-Ray player picks up all the network channels as well as Vermont and NY PBS stations.
There's a heater and A/C units available.
Lots of attractions nearby for sightseers, adventurers, shoppers, and sportsmen.
The cottage sleeps 7. The master bedroom is lakeside and has a Queen bed. Bedroom 2 is also lakeside with a Queen bed. The third bedroom has a full size and twin bed. Dine inside or on the deck. The patio table does have an umbrella.
The kitchen does come stocked with a variety of spices as well as coffee filters for the coffee maker.
There's plenty of parking so bring your boat on its trailer!
