Very fine 5,600 ft. beach house, set on half an acre of landscaped gardens built in the Hamptons style. Accessed through electric gates this home provides direct access to the dunes and the 2 mile expanse of burrow beach. The home has 5 designer en-suite bathrooms, 3 with baths, king-size beds in all rooms, [cribs and singles available] the home has 3 living rooms a kitchen dinning room overlooked by a mezzanine. Fully stocked including library and guide books. Full kitchen ice maker and gas barbeque.
Private but within walking distance of shops, supermarket rail service [Dublin city centre 25 mins,] and busses [35 minutes city centre.] the very Pretty fishing village of Howth is within a mile. Here there are very many seafood restaurants and friendly pubs serving food.
Golf is available on 5 different courses within 3 miles of the home. The famous portmarnock links course can be glimpsed across the estuary and we face directly onto Sutton golf course to the front of the property. [Available to non members]
The views extend across Malahide estuary and along the coast as far as the mountains of Mourne. The island with its Martello tower, the sound of the waves lapping and the drama of the setting strike all who visit. This is a remarkable home in an idyllic setting which should provide the backdrop to the most wonderful vacation in Ireland.

About the owner: My name is Mack Lennon, I have been building dream houses on the north Dublin coast for 15 years. My houses have featured in magazines, TV shows, and as movie locations. This house was previously rented to a corporate family for 3 years and I have decided to offer it for as a holiday rental for the summer.
