This place is a dump! Go look at the review that was submitted in August 2012. All of the same comments still apply. (Broken kitchen faucet, inoperable coffee maker, hide-a-beds are still inoperable). The owner has made no efforts to perform maintenance and upkeep in the year since. One of the screen doors us unusable. The patio furniture has duct tape repair. The gas grill is there, but is essentially at the end of its life. The heat is very uneven, making difficult to cook on. For this kind of rental money, I would expect more. The place is filthy, and is in need of paint, carpet cleaning (replacement?), and lots of other maintenance. If you're planning to bring your boat, plan on having to take it out of the water each night. You will not be welcomed to use the dock to moor your boat. There is no air conditioning in this unit (only an issue in the summer). There is no Internet service in here either. Overall, this place has the potential to be very nice, but it appears to us that the owner is only interested in your cash.

Rented this condo for a family vacation: Mom, Dad, daughter, husband and two grandsons stayed at the unit. Two other grown children and spouses live in the area (Petoskey and Boyne City). Unit did not meet our expectations: Unit was dirty and in a poor state of repair with inoperable equipment (coffee maker, kitchen faucet, sauna, fold out bed,,, one of two refrigerators). Unit only comfortably sleeps 6 (fold out beds either inoperable or uncomfortable) which precluded us extending invitation for our local children to spend the night. Owners of two adjacent condos went out of their way to make us feel uncomfortable, treating us like unwelcomed "tourists". Owner had assurred us that we could tie a pontoon boat to the dock. Owner/Neighbors would only allow boat to be moored to poles near the dock. Despite its excellent location we would not rent this condo again nor recommend it to friends.
