  The Unit: Exactly as per the photos and has everything you need - so thankful for AC in the heat. The Development: - Pools - the unit overlooks the quiet pool in the development which was just that.. it felt like our own private pool! There is another pool with a hot tub in the clubhouse which is also beautiful. - Fitness Centre - The fitness centre is big and fully equipped, which was a big bonus for us. Lots of machines, lots of free weights, lots of cardio equipment, and not too busy. Location: Located a couple of blocks from a great centre with Starbucks, grocery store, a couple of restaurants. When I was looking at the map I was slightly concerned that it appeared to be close to a couple of major streets, but it's tucked away and you're just a couple of minutes away from the N Scottsdale Rd which is great if you want to go shopping. It's also quite close to Pinnacle Peak, which was a great activity. Planning/Setup: The owners were great and it was easy to organize our stay - from contract to arrival and departure. Overall I would absolutely recommend this unit and would stay again!

  Everything about our rental was excellent. The unit is beautifully furnished with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen utensils are of fine quality and in sufficient quantity. The beds and couches are comfortable. The bedroom/loft adds a lot of space. The location overlooking the pool, and adjacent to the Fitness Center is convenient. The Clubhouse is a great place to watch TV, have a cup of coffee, or work using your computer. We are renting again next year as an indication of our total satisfaction.

  I recently spent just over a week at this unit with my mother and sister. The condo was beautifully furnished and well appointed with all the amenities you could need. Proximity to one of the gorgeous pools and top-notch fitness centre was unrivaled. The community was very secure and quiet with an excellent grocery store/shopping area just a stones throw away. Only half an hour from the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport and the owners were excellent to deal with. Great golf, hiking, shopping and dining all within minutes. Had a great time in the sunshine and can't wait to get back to Scottsdale!

  We had a beautiful stay in this condo unit. When we arrived we found it clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with whatever your needs could be. The condo is very quiet, you do not hear any noise at night. We enjoyed the hot tub and the great room area. The people of the complex were very helpful and pleasant and we would not hesitate to go back to this location. Scottsdale is wonderful, great shopping, dining, hiking and the condo was fabulous !!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Edge at Grayhawk. The condo was exactly as it was described on VRBO. It was very tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. The location was great because it overlooked the pool and was close to the fitness center and club house. There were a lot of attractions and golf courses nearby. The shopping was great in this area. The owners were very accommodating and super to work with. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives who wish to spend time in the Scottdale area, and would lease this property in the future.

  My wife and 2 teen-age daughters stayed at this condo for a week and were very impressed. This gated community is very clean and safe. The condo itself was very spacious and luxurious with upscale furniture and appliances. The location is great with a real nice strip mall only 1/2 block away that includes a fabulous grocery store (can't remember the name of it) that had everything you would ever need. There are also some very good restaurants at the strip mall. There are many golf courses only a short distance away as well as shopping malls. We would definitely recommend this condo.
