  This was our first visit to Panama City Beach, Florida. We picked this condo because of the beautiful photos and the condo was even better than the picture showed. All the furniture was in great shape, the condo was extremely clean, and the view from the balcony is spectacular. This condo is a only minutes drive from Pier Park, but far enough away to not be in the constant traffic of the resorts right next to Pier Park. Ocean Ritz is right in the center of PCB. We visited Shell Island and were so impresssed with that nature park. You would not believe the amazing sunset view from the balcony! Try this condo - it's perfect!

  This is our second time staying in this unit. Every time when we arrive, the condo is ready to check in, awesome managing company, great to work with. Clean unit, comfortable beds. 3 bathrooms are the convenient when you have big family. Lots of towels, kitchen is fully equipped.

  We had no elevator issues. We did wonder why there was a sign in the elevator that said not to use if the winds were 40mph or more? We stayed in 3 bedroom 3 bathroom and we were very happy with our accommodations. Usually I am a pool person but this beach was awesome~!! We watched dolphins fromt he balcony every morning. Balcony was fantastic~!!. The lounges on the beach were only available to 2 of us but since it was off season we were able to get more as a discount price. Washer and Dryer worked great as well as dishwasher. Trash shute right outside the door. If you are a drinker there were two stores across the street. We were close to everything in a short drive. We had no issues at all, as I was reading the previous review from a guest, looks like he experienced bunch of problems in this unit. Maybe all was taken care of when we were there month later.Still, you are on vacation, take is easy. We face this problems at home too.

  Our stay at Ocean Ritz was amazing, me and my family had good time, really enjoyed it, Unit was clean and nice, very fresh, beds are comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and nice balcony.The pool was clean, although I don't use a pool much when I am at the beach. The beach ......gorgeous!!!!! The water.....delightful!!!! As for the parking situation it is a little tight, but our unit, so we had a designated space. No parking across the street, just a few steps and you are at the elevator. Everybody experience is different and different situations/problems can and do occur. Our stay was great. Teenagers love this central location

  In an attempt to manage expectations of those that rent this condo, I'm passing along feedback from our recent stay. The weather was absolutely perfect every day! Sunny skies every day! The condo is directly on the beach and centrally located which was really nice. Our trouble began the moment we tried to get in the condo and could not get the keys out of the keybox. Thankfully, there was a kind gentleman in the Security Office that was able to open it for us. Once walking in, there were holes in several of the walls, towel rack missing in one of the bathrooms, toilet paper roll holder missing in another, deadbolt handle missing, Both cable and internet were not working. Later that evening we learned that none of the tub drains drained properly. One of the showers didn't work at all. Bob and Lisa (our contacts through Emerald Coast Destinations) were responsive by phone, initially...The cable issue was resolved, albeit 4 days later but it was resolved. Never got the internet connection during our time there. Tub drains issue was not resolved during our stay, nor was the shower issue. This condo has potential to be great on the inside - simply needs a little TLC. If you are simply looking for a place, on the beach, for you to sleep at night (with no frills or extras) this is the place.

  We were extremely pleased with the rental. The pictures do not do any justice to the condo. It was much better than we envisioned. The rooms were very spacious, clean, elegant, and well equipped. The balcony was one of the biggest I have rented with enough seating for 8 and plenty of room to walk around. Also, there is one reserved parking spot which was right by the elevator. We will be back. I highly recommend this rental.....
