The 1910 Tulip Inn is conveniently located on US 1 just south of International Speedway Blvd (US 92) on the busline and bike lane within easy walking distance to Beach Street and the Marina District two blocks away. This unique 1910 historic two-story house has been completely renovated. It has three private bedrooms with twin beds in each room (five beds) and great views of Ridgewood Avenue. There is a half bath downstairs and a full bath upstairs with an original claw foot tub. The large living room and large parlor are filled with wicker furniture and there is a separate dining room so guests can spread out. The kitchen has everything needed to save money on eating including a refrigerator-freezer, two burner built-in range, microwave, coffee maker, and cookware. Go back in time as you relax on the wrap-around front porch and watch the world go by. The huge fenced backyard is a city block deep with a picnic table and park like setting. If you love historic houses with all the modern conveniences including two new central AC units, the 1910 Tulip Inn is the place for you. Minimum age to book is 25 years.
