This luxury two bedroom, three bath non-smoking town home sleeps up to six guests. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed with high Vaulted ceilings, a Master bath and a spectacular view from the private covered balcony of the causeway and one of two marinas. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and bath and it too has its own private covered balcony with a view of the bay. There is an office on the first floor which can convert into third bedroom with the sofa sleeper, it has a partial view of the bay and it has its own bath as well. Each bedroom has its own flat panel cable TV!

There is a fully equipped, open kitchen with granite counter tops with 5 bar stools and a great view of the water. The kitchen opens into the dining area with a table that seats 4. This area leads out to one of 4 covered balconies with patio table and 4 chairs (plus two lounge chairs) to relax and enjoy the awesome water views. In addition to the dining area this great open space includes the living area with a leather sofa and love seat where you can relax in front of the big 42" flat panel cable TV with DVD. This town home also offers FREE wireless internet, FREE local and long distance phone calls, a washer and dryer and if all of this isn't enough a garage!

I wanted to write to tell you how beautiful this unit is. We had lovely views of the marina and could watch boats coming and going. The unit is beautifully furnished and really made us feel at home. Sandy G.

This condo is exactly as pictured. It is in a great location and within walking distance to the beach, restaurant, tiki bar, etc. We loved the balcony off the back of the unit overlooking the waterway. We even saw dolphins swimming there one evening! The marina in the front of the complex had some manatees in residence while we were there--you could see them up close. The beach area was clean, but difficult to walk in some parts because of all the shells. The water was shallow and calm. We loved the atmosphere--you felt safe and relaxed. The condo was clean and well-maintained. My only criticism is that the carpets are in need of a good cleaning, as there are several stains. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely consider it for a future vacation to the area.
