Our stay at the condo was just great. Everything was within walking distance and the beach and the pool were perfect. Even the weather was just what we were looking for. The condo was even nicer than it looked in the pictures! It was fully stocked with everything that we needed to enjoy our 1-month vacation. The only issues we had was that the furniture on the balcony was not comfortable at all and we could not sit out there and relax and enjoy the view . We could barely tolerate a cup of coffee on the hard stools! Also, we had wished that there would have been more cable channels available to watch, we had to miss some of our favorite programs while we were there. Everthing else was even better than we imagined!!!Owner response: Hello Susan , thank you for your review and for taking such great care of our property , you would be welcomed back at any time will be pleased that we have upgraded the cable and are now receiving over 100 channels thanks to your input. We will also be considering some more comfortable outdoor furniture. Thanks again , David Packard

Pros: excellent location, short walk to Sebastian Beach, nice views of the ocean and cruise ships, sunny with cross ventilation, upscale kitchen, clean, well equipped and maintained, great, attentive property manager (David Packard), friendly building neighbors, pool and sunsets directly on the Intercoastal Waterway, Cons: traffic noise from A1A southbound, no guest parking, cramped and outdated bath (may be remodeled soon), Highly recommended! .Did you find this review helpful?
