Why the Owner Chose Annandale:
Saw this property and loved it at first sight. It is convenient to many of DC's amenities yet nestled in a region where you can enjoy solitude by the fire. Lived here myself after purchasing and have furnished it as I would like it furnished, with nicer fixtures and all amenities. If you need something, simply ask--for example, the last renters mentioned an Apple TV so I added it to the property.
