awesome place!!! ive been renting houses for years in the poconos area and upstate ny and this is the cleanest place i have ever been to. The owner even left a basket with goodies in the bathroom which was great! The place is very specious and perfect for young group of people that are looking for a quiet gateaway weekend.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

This place is definitely worth the stay. The pictures do not do it justice. It's big, beautiful and so private. There are so many things to do that are close by or you can just hang out by the campfire, we did both! The house was very clean and the property was so charming. I loved how pet friendly the place was. The owner of this property was one of the nicest surprises, she was so accomodating. I felt like I was staying at a friends house. I would love to come back again in the fall, it was beautiful! Thanks for making our stay so perfect!Recommended for: Pet owners, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway.

I loved this place, definetly coming back. We didn't have to leave the house or property to enjoy the great outdoors.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

What an amazing vacation this was!! My husband and I, along with our two year old son and two German Shepherds recently spent a week here and we all want to go back!! We happened to experience some crazy weather on our second night but with washed out roads and power lines down the owner came out to the house to check on us and had her sister deliver ice since we were without power. I can't begin to tell you how wonderful she is! As for the house...pictures do no justice! The house is beautiful! Extremely clean and well taken care of. They truly have thought of everything. The property is well taken care of right down the flower bed outside. There's so much land to enjoy and the view is breathtaking. Can't wait go back in the fall!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, tourists without a car.

I stayed at this place for a quick trip with 7 of my friends and loved it. The description of the place was spot on. The photos did not quite do it justice though. The place is spacious and fit all 8 of us nicely. The river bed was perfect for swimming. There was a rope swing into the river which we loved. There was plenty of room for us to run around in the yard and there was a basketball hoop which we used. There was a pool table which was great because it was large enough for all of us to fit around and play cards on. We had no issues with cleanliness and everything worked great. Hot water and air conditioning were pleasant luxuries. It was close enough to lake George but we found no reason to leave the house at all. I would absolutely stay here again especially for the price.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway.
