  Stayed for 5 days in November and had a great time. Location of Jose’s apartment is perfect. - 2 blocks away from Main Square where all tourist attractions are. You can get on a tourist bus to go see Lima or any other attractions in the area. One block away is 24 hour store with food and all. You do NOT need to rent a car. Lima has millions of taxis and they are cheap. Now about the owner Jose. Great guy and very helpful. We arrived late and didn’t make it to his apartment until 1 am. Jose was waiting for us the whole time. Day later I broke door key and guess what, he was there with 30 minutes to help me out. Great guy that I highly recommend.

  I recently stayed at this cute apartment in Miraflores. It is in the center of the city and walking distance to everything and anything you might need. It is close to transportation and close to two 24 hour grocery stores. Walking distance to posh restaurants or quick fast food. Working with the owner was pleasureable. He was available whenever needed and was very efficient. I will be back!

  Thank you for the nice experience. The builidng was very very secure and the location was unbeatable with shopping, restaraunts, and groceries all so close by.

  I stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks when I first moved to Lima. The location couldn't be more perfect! It's just 1 block away from Parque Kennedy (this park is in the center of Miraflores, close to GREAT restaurants and (for better or worse) a Starbucks). It's also very close to the Malecon (the Boardwalk) which is the best spot in Lima for jogging/bike riding. Also in walking distance to Larco Mar mall (amazing mall built into the sea cliff, totally below the surface with stunning views of the water). The apartment itself is impeccably clean, the kitchen is brand new with all cooking essentials. The bathroom is also very clean with hot water. The apartment comes with all the linens that you could need as well as 4 extra blankets. There's also a TV with great cable package (english and spanish language:)) in the bedroom--plus WiFi. The apartment building is very safe and clean. It's a unique structure in Miraflores--it looks like a regular 4 floor strip mall from the front--but in back it is a large octagonal apartment building built around a small courtyard-like space. The architecture creates a surprisingly quiet and tranquil atmosphere in the middle of an otherwise busy neighborhood. The cost of hostels in this neighborhood is about $35-40 for a private bathroom. For less money you are getting ten times the value.

  location, location, location. Clean and confortable and close to all the amenities. No need to have a car to move around. Sending this information to all my friend.
