Our family leased this condo over the Christmas break from mid- December to mid-January, and it was one of the best decisions we made. The description of the unit, the view and the location are all accurate, and we found that the condo contained everything we could possibly need to make our stay comfortable. We love to cook, so we didn't eat out, and the kitchen was very well-equipped with pots, pans, serving dishes and the pantry was stocked beyond our expectations. The beds were also comfortable, so everyone had a good night's rest. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunsets over the gulf and the fantastic views of the pier. Our toddler son loved the heated pool, and the condo amenities are great. The building and unit are very well-maintained and it has a real community feel, even though there were many other families staying over the break. The owner was terrific to deal with, flexible, accommodating and gracious. Since we were flying in from Canada, and booked at the last minute, we were grateful to have found these accommodations and will certainly consider staying here again when we next visit Clearwater Beach.
