Newly Constructed Upscale Bay view vacation home is located
in the beautiful subdivision of Ovation. Ovation offers gulf side swimming
pool, magnifciant bay front swimming pool looking out to the bay, large club
house with fitness room and a look out tower, hot tub, 2 tennis courts, fire
pit and 2 bay docks.
La Maison Rouge will have granite counter tops, oak hard wood floors, custom cabinets and recessed lighting throughout. This 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bath home will offer wonderful
views of the bay. La Maison Rouge will sleep 11and will have two master bedrooms and baths one on each floor. On the ground floor you have king master with master bath, a great kid’s room with two sets of twin bunk beds and another room with a queen. On the second floor,
you will have the living room/kitchen/dining area and a king master bedroom and
master bath. From the living room walkout on the front deck and enjoy the priceless sunsets of the bay.

Amazed by the Beauty of the Cape Guest: Missy(Vestavia Hills) Date of Stay: 08/31/12 Review Submitted: 09/07/12 We had a wonderful long Labor Day weekend at La Maison Rouge and Cape San Blas! The house was perfect for 2 families of four-very clean! The kitchen layout functioned well and made cooking/clean-up easy. Beds and furniture were comfortable and bathrooms super functional/loved the shower water pressure! We especially liked the bayside community pool/pool house at Ovation. What a great place to entertain and celebrate any occasion. Our pre-teens/teens enjoyed riding their bikes to the state park and in Ovation....very safe! This is a wonderful escape to experience the beauty of the Cape without the crowd and traffic of other beaches. The water was gorgeous and the beach area is expansive. We didn't bring our dog but the Cape is dog friendly. We had fun meeting severals dogs and enjoyed watching them enjoy the ocean and beach! The local people are friendly and informative.
