'Mojo's Charm' is a brand new 1864 square foot cottage with 4 bedrooms (including a small bunk bedroom), 2.5 bathroom in Seagrove Beach, south of the 30-A. It features hardwood floors throughout, with travertine tile in the bathrooms, and carpet in the bedrooms. It is just down the street and an easy bike ride to the beach. It is across the street from a state park with a canal to ride your YOLO board, sailboat or kayak down to the beach. This house literally has the huge lighted community pool in the back yard with it's own private gate. This beautiful, non-smoking home has been furnished and decorated with a minimal chic beachy feel. It features the master bedroom on the main floor with it's own master bathroom with a huge walk-in shower, 1 bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and sitting area, and another bedroom with 2 full beds combined with a jack-n-jill bathroom. It also has a small bunk bedroom. There is a half bath on the main floor.
There are 3 rocking chairs on the front porch to sit and watch the canal and all the people walking or biking by. As of now, there is only 1 television in the main living area. We have just purchased the house and haven't had time to purchase anymore. There is WIFI. You can sit on the back porch and see the pool area.

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We had such a wonderful time. Kayaking everyday to the beach was great, except one day when a thunderstorm came. We left the kayaks on the beach and walked back in the rain, which was entertaining (and fun in a weird sort of way). Everyday after the beach we enjoyed the pool. It is so nice and almost always had it to ourselves. We snorkeled at St Andrews state park " jettiies" and it was surprisingly good. Lots of fish (and people). Go early. Biking around was fun too. I was a little worried about not being right on the beach, but I liked our little journey there each day better. I have told so many people about your beach house.
