The cottage is a two minute walk to the white sandy beach with great sunsets. You have a vacant lot next to the cottage owned but the owner you have plenty of room for boat and additional cars. If you like to enjoy beach living you will love this cottage decorated very beach. You will come back again and again. Huge shade trees keeps you outside with pleasant breezes.

About the owner: My wife and I purchased the two lots and cottage 12 years ago. We purchased the property next to my wife's sister beach home. It makes it great for all our family in the summer time. We have never rented this cottage to anyone. We decided why not let other families this unique beach living. All the locals gather at sunset on the beach. The beach is not overly crowded and the sunsets are great.
Why the Owner Chose Other Indian Rocks Beach Properties:
The location is not so commercial as many of the beaches are. There are many great restaurants, Fishing, sailing, and boating. A five minute drive to Clearwater Beach with all the amenities you can ask fore.
