Beautiful, newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath villa in Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort was totally remodeled in 2011. There are granite countertops in the kitchen, custom cabinets that have been expanded into a built in entertainment center, all new appliances, and new flooring throughout the unit. Even the bathtub is new! The den boasts a 42' flat screen TV, a blu-ray player, a Wii for the kids, and Wi-Fi internet access. There is also a 32' flat screen TV in the bedroom. The unit sleeps up to 6. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, a brand-new queen size sleeper sofa, and captain bunks built into the wall of the hall that your kids will love. This first floor unit is just steps away from the pool and ocean...you can see both from our balcony.
The amenities at the resort include the largest pool on the island, located right on the ocean. In addition, there are ten lighted tennis courts that are available free of charge. The resort also boasts a fitness room, an arcade, a restaurant, a sports bar, a poolside bar/grill and ice cream stand, a catch/release fishing lagoon, and on-site bike rentals. There are organized activities for the kids in the pool area during the summer (games, crafts, etc). There are bike paths all over the island, tons of great restaurants, and shopping galore, in addition to all the wonderful options that Hilton Head offers to beach and nature lovers!
