We enjoyed this condo very much, the whole experice was very easy and great, and like others the picutres really do it no justie. Its really a beautiful place. you have Gulf front views from the balcony and bay views from the front door. Everything you need at a home away from home is here. Its not crowded when you go to the beach like other large condo buildings there in panama city. that was really the best part not having to fight the crowd. Awesome place for kids to we have 3, and everyone of them loved it. The beds are very comfy and it was very nice and clean . Dawn I hope we can rent your condo again soon, thanks so much for allowing us in your home away from home :)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Dawn's condo. She was great to work with on the reservation and our deposit was promptly refunded after our stay. Her description and photos are an accurate reflection of this condo and the view from the large balcony is awesome! This condo is near Pier Park, so you don't have too far to go for restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely contact her again in the future!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Dawn, Thanks so very much for letting us spend a few days in your Florida home. It was even better in person. The photos are all true but when you get there it is so much better. The condo was awesome, very clean, well maintained and all the amenities were perfect. We just loved the location and my family had a blast. We awoke each morning to the sound of the beach, and the gorgeous views and that really is what it is all about. There was pleanty to do close by for the 15 year olds and great seafood and shopping at Pier Park. This was probably the best experience I have had in dealing with a condo Rental. Dawn is the best and so very pleaseant to work with. I hope that you get a chance to visit this location as it is all it says it is. We liked it so much we even cleaned up after ourselves, vacumned the floors and stripped the beds, just so Dawn will hopefully let us come back. :-) :-) We have been in many condo rentals and this experience with Dawn, just made all of lifes craziness take a break for a few days. We even got in trouble with the HOA for hanging our towels over the balcony. OOOPPPSSS sorry, but it just added another reason to the good list. They expect you to follow the rules, and when you don't they politely let you know. That is great. One last thing the undercover parking was great............ I could go on and on but I would start to bore you......I will just say it was all so very good. I highly recommend this location.. Dawn, thanks again for a wonderful few days at the beach. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here for our 15th Anniversary. Dawn was extremly nice to work with during our rental arrangements. I would recommend her condo to anyone. It was nicely decorated, clean, and fully stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. We really loved the large balcony and that it joined to the master suite as well as the living area. It was so easy to go from the reserved parking space to the elevator, and in turn to the condo. The beach access was convenient also. We would definitely stay here again! Spent a week here in September 2010, and the three of us (my wife and 18 month old daughter) loved this condo! The balcony was great (my daughter wanted to live out there!), and the location was very nice--far enough away from everything to be a little quieter yet close enough to get there in just a couple of minutes! The beach was great too, the sandbar was so shallow our little girl could play in it and not get knocked down by the waves!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

We just spent a week at this beautiful Condo. You couldn't ask for more, beautifully furnished and well maintained. The view from the balcony was awesome. The pools, spa, saunas and workout room were great. Excellent parking and very fast elevators. The location on the beach was also perfect, big beach and not crowded at all. I will definately try to book this unit again next fall.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

My husband and I just got back from the beach at Panama City. This condo has a spectacular view of the ocean. We saw dolphins everyday of our stay. The condo was very clean and well-maintained. It also had all the things that you would need for your stay. Dawn (the owner) was accommodating and excellent to work with. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends. The condo is centrally located to both priers, shopping and good restaurants. Looking forward to coming back next year!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

This condo is was more than you could ever imagine. All the photos are exactly the way it looks. This is one of the best places I have evered stay. I would recommend this condo to anyone.
