Although our family has stayed in much more exotic locations (Belize, Mexico, Virgin Islands, etc) this was our favorite family vacation! Mainly because this condo had such a beautiful view. Every minute we were there we felt like we were on a scenic overlook! It truly had the best view on anyplace we have ever stayed. The location is perfect; it's at one end of the island and the beach isn't crowded because it's not near any hotels. The condo was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Quality bedding, pillows, etc. It also had kids games, beach toys, boogie boards, and fishing poles. We liked it so much we plan on making it an annual trip, but ONLY if this exact condo is available!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We (my husband, 19 year old daughter and myself) stayed in this unit last weekend. We were in town to attend a family wedding on St. Pete Beach but wanted some time away from the family scene to just relax and enjoy the beach. The unit is a bit older, but it's super clean and nicely appointed and the views are spectacular. When traveling with our adult children, we have found that renting a condo gives us more space than 2 traditional hotel rooms, and is actually less costly. This unit is perfectly situated overlooking the beach and the bay, and the sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking. There must be almost 100 feet of balcony space. The pool area is clean and the heated pool was crystal clear. The beach is perfect and wasn't crowded. It appears that many of the residents of the buidling are retired folks but they were all friendly and helpful. The unit itself is well appointed and was very clean (did I mention clean again? Hey, I like CLEAN!) . There is a huge TV in the living room, and there were plenty of towels and all the usual kitchen stuff. There is a washer and dryer right in the unit, which is great, especially if you're staying more that a few days. The owner is very responsive and made sure we didn't need anything. He commuicated quickly with us throughout the whole rental process. He could not meet us to hand over the keys but he had his cleaning lady Linda meet us and she was very sweet and happy to greet us on arrival and show us around a bit. Although my husband used to live in Coral Gables (Miami area) and we go back there a few times a year this was our first time visiting the west coast in many years...we just loved it! We would have loved to stay longer, and next time I hope we do. We would rent this unit again without any hesitation, it's a great place to stay!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

When my husband and I walked into this condo we could not believe how beautiful the view was out of the full wall of full to ceiling windows! The pictures do not do it justice. The descriptions of the accommodations are completely accurate. This condo has everything that you could want for a fun, relaxing vacation. The owners thought of everything...it has a fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, blender for margaritas, plenty of linens, beach towels, umbrella, portable baby crib, outside furniture to watch the gorgeous sunsets and dolphins, brand new 3D television with blue-ray player....the list goes on and on. It was recently upgraded with beautiful finishes and you will feel like you are staying at a five star resort. The condo is close to beach restaurants, bars and grocery stores. For adventure seekers, there is surfing, bogey boarding, jet skiing and boating right out on the beach....which is literally 100 feet outside the condo! You will not be disappointed if you stay here! We are planning on coming back yearly! We LOVED it!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed one week and wished we could stay longer. This apartment was spectacular. Each room had a sliding door to the wrap around balcony. The view of the beach and pool was amazing. The photos were accurate. The owners were extremely helpful with booking the apartment and providing information about the amenities. The entire property is quiet, safe, up-to-date and very clean. We wished we had enough time to enjoy the tennis court, fishing, fitness center and sauna. This location is a short drive to Clearwater Beach -Pier 60 and St. Pete 's Pier. We plan to return next year with family and friends.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We rented this mansion by the sea for a whole month! We had guests from different areas of the country that never wanted to leave. The owners was helpful with any thing that we needed. We fished and watched sunsets from the beach. Ate in our condo and at nearby fun eateries on the water. (the Salty Rim was unexpected surprise!) The VIEWS from the time we woke up till we went to sleep were awesome. We had everything we needed in the condo. The owner even provides billiard pool sticks, fishing rods,ping pong paddles, etc for your use. We are already planning a trip back ASAP.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
