YES! White powdery sand beach directly behind condo. The normal rate is $174 per night. $129 is a temporary special offer. This is a true one bedroom that sleeps up to six comfortably. It is not one of those studios with a small bed niche that others at the complex (Pats at Punaluu) try to pass off as a one bedroom. This unit is the ground floor corner unit, the most preferred location so you can avoid lengthy elevator waits on your vacation. All visitors have agreed that this unit is absolutely the best location in the building. Luxurious upgrades include granite counter top, travertine type flooring, $3,000 massage chair and state of the art ceiling fans. It has a cherry wood sleigh King bed with pillow top mattress in the bedroom, a full size "top of the line" futon couch which is more comfortable than a bed (at a cost of more than $400 for the futon mattress alone), 2 single futons and even an extra full size king air mattress with pump and lots of extra linens. There is a Pentium IV computer in the bedroom that has unlimited high speed internet access and Wi-Fi for your laptops. The unit is stocked with quality snorkeling equipment, quality Boogie boards, movie video library and even books. There is a full kitchen with large refrigerator, stove/oven, pots, pans, dishes and silverware, paintings of ocean and ocean life, track lighting in both front and back rooms, acrylic glass set, microwave containers, knife set, 'patio set with cushions .....Also deluxe toaster oven w/rotisserie, automatic rice cooker, 2 color TVs, VCR, DVD Player, Panasonic microwave, coffee maker and grinder, Kenmore washer/dryer, remote phone, leather Recliner chair and clock radio/CD player in the bedroom.
You will enjoy visiting because part of the time you have the white sandy beach completely to yourself (Yes it is always safe). The area (Hauula) is on the opposite side of the island from the airport and Waikiki. About 45 minutes to an hour drive. It is not far from the Polynesian Cultural Center (about a 10 min.drive). The city bus line picks up directly in front of the unit. Sunset Beach is about 15 minutes away.
Baywatch Hawaii was filmed about 25 minutes away in Haleiwa and North Shore on FOX was filmed 20 minutes away in the same direction. "Lost" is presently filming in Waialua past Haleiwa. Foodland Supermarket is a major chain in Hawaii and has one ten minutes away. The building is eight stories high. Avoid lengthy elevator waits on your vacation. It is thirty steps to a white secluded sandy beach. The ocean is calm because of a reef 1/4 mile out which blocks the waves. It is perfect for kids to enjoy snorkeling and swimming. The building has amenities like professional Bar-b-que area, gym with sauna, swimming pool next to your unit and sunning area behind your unit. Your parking stall is included and located right in front of the unit.
This is the ground floor, corner unit. This is the preferred size and location. The unit extends from one end of the building to the other and measures approximately 850 sq. ft.

  • Looking for someplace to really kick-back? This is just for you. Perfectly situated on the eastern side of the island, great for exploring all of Oahu and still have a quiet home base to return to. There's big waves and lots of surfing and shopping close by to the North (don't forget the Turtles, FANTASTIC!) and easy to make your way around the whole island from Punalu'u. Swim in the pool. We found the beach in our own back yard to be the BEST! Snorkel, swim, sunbath. Perfect water temperature. The condo is great and you really feel welcome, just home. Everything you need for cooking, relaxing, entertainment, even a washer and dryer (don't over pack like I did). We don't have kids but there seemed to be a more than ample supply of things for children and besides if your kids are anything like what ours used to be like they will never want to get out of the water. We spent hours there. The condo was wonderful and we are already planning our return visit.

  • Our family of 4 stayed in this beachfront condo for 6 days at the end of September and had a blast! The condo was well stocked with beach equipment and electronics for the kids. We dined on the screened-in lanai every night. It was extremely peaceful and very quiet. We felt like we had our own private beach, as we were the only people around most days. It was paradise! Emmanuel is very responsive and returned our deposit within days of leaving. Thanks for a great place to stay, Emmanuel!

  • My wife and I stayed at this property for 8 wonderful days and nights in September 09 while visiting our Navy daughter. You can't go wrong staying in this Condo. From the lanai in the morning, pool right out the door, sandy path to the ocean, just steps away we were delighted with this property. Be sure and visit Ted's Bakery up the coast. Oh the pie!!! We will stay with Emmanuel again next year, definitely.

  • Aloha! We stayed at this condo for 22 wonderful days. While we were originally cautious about booking such a long stay, sight unseen, I will say that his condo is exactly as described. Everything we could have needed or wanted. Beach gear and toys for all ages, lots of extra towels and sheets, huge paperback library, we borrowed 1 and left several of our own. Very well stocked kitchen. Best of all... location location location. We could stay home at pool or beach, or be a short 20-30 minute drive from Kanehoe, Kailua, or Makapuu to the south or 20 min. north to the best snorkeling at Sharks Cove & 3 Tables (don't waste $$ or time on Hanuama Bay, too crowded), surfing at Chen's reef. Just the best. NOTE: shop at Foodland at Sharks Cove rather than Laie, much cheaper! Giovanni's Shrimp was GREAT. Emmanuel checked in with us, more than once, to make sure all was well. We had one very small issue and he took care of it right away. I give this 2 thumbs up!! I don't think you will be disappointed. Aloha paradise everything you hear about this condo is true! and Emmanuel you are a very honest man with minutes away from broading our plane I called you (Emmanuel) with an issue that you immediate took action and helped us so thank you .. as far as the condo goes it is a best kept secret with its own private beach like feeling. My sister booked at Turtle Bay Resort and paid twice what we paid and the beach was a very crowded and a five minute walk ,as for Emmanuel condo the beach was only 30 steps away ..I enjoyed the massage chair and everything else .PCC was only minutes away . Hope to visit your condo again my friend. Mahalo

  • We had a wonderful and comfortable stay in this unit. It's a corner first floor unit with the lanai fronting the pool and the ocean beyond. For us ex-kamaaina's it was good to be away from "concrete city" (Waikiki) and revisit island living. It was great to be so close to Turtle Bay for golfing/drinks; stop in at Crouching Lion for dinner/drinks; shop at Tamura's (cheaper than Foodland); and be sure to go to the Polynesian Cultural Center about 5 miles away. It's pricey but it is absolutely the best! Emmanuel is a really cool braddah that is easy to get a hold of and quick to respond!

  • This condo was perfect! Very clean and comfortable. The supply of boogie boards and snorkel gear was the best. We went 3 days to shark's cove. Don't pass by Ted's bakery YUM The bed was comfy and having a washer and dryer great. Dealing with Emmanuel was and still is a pleasure. He really cares that you have a good experience. Mahalo!

  • The beach access was great, but even better was the location to go to and from other great places!. The list of things to do in the area was so helpful.   • Imagine entering an adorable and niceley decorated apartment at night, wondering what the scenery might be once you wake up. Well, the most beautiful ocean view and lush garden awaits you in the morning. We enjoyed beauty and serenity, our daily come back to this little paradise after having explored all that Oahu has to offer. It was just as described on the site. Our hosts Emmanuel was sure to check on us to be sure we were comfortable. We loved the privacy and the quiet, the warm breezes through the Palm trees, the lovely pool and the views of the ocean were stunning! It is a very private place super cozy and clean The bedding was soft and the towels smelled like the Waikiki sunshine!! Lots to see and do within a 10 mis. radius. Stop by the roadside shrimp stand and see what you get!! :) Mahalo to our gracious hosts!
