Beautiful Condo with Two Master Suites (Four bedrooms in all) Each bedroom has a private full bath and a hall guest bath. Queen sofa sleeper in the den and extra twin mattress in the master closet. This Luxury Resort is Located Directly on the Beach.

King bed with luxury furnishings, marble shower with duel shower heads, whirlpool tub, double vanities, 32" LCD HDTV, extremely large closet (that can be used as a temporary nursery or extra bedroom for a child, twin mattress included)
BEDROOM (2)
King bed with luxury furnishings, full attached bath with marble shower, duel shower heads, 26" LCD HDTV Flat Screen and private balcony.
BEDROOM (3)
Two Twin beds and full bath. Media Cabinet with 26" LC HDTV Flat Screen and Atari Game System (retro) bright colors, fun for any age.
BEDROOM (4)
Queen bed with full glamor bath, beautiful furniture and bedding. We call this the "Audrey Hepburn Room" Classic
Phoenix West offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and miles of Beaches that can be seen from your Front Private Balcony. The balcony is over 600 square feet for your viewing pleasure!! You will enjoy "location" at this Luxury Resort with Restaurants, Shopping and Activities within easy walking distance...something for everyone!
The whole family will love the Lazy River (floats provided) with Super Water Slide, BBQ Grills, Hot Tubs, Heated Indoor Pools, Kiddie Pool area, State of the Art Workout Exercise Facilities, Sauna, and Lighted Tennis Courts. Fully Furnished Kitchen, Full Washer & Dryer, Linens Provided. This is a "Premium Unit" and we don't charge extra for it. Our condo is "Family Friendly" with plenty of room for two families (or one really large family)
Our unit has a Family DVD Collection, Western Collection, Books and lots of family games (for those rainy days)
Thunder on the Gulf is scheduled for October (TBD )
You can stand on your balcony and watch the races.
The National Shrimp Festival is set for October 2012
There is WI FI (wireless internet) in the unit and a desk area just in case you have to work a little while your on vacation.
We require a minimum of three nights on all reservations.

my family an i recently stayed in condo 2021 which was more then we expected // the owner was wonderful to work with and was pleased to have met her // the facility itself has some bugs that need tobe worked out // waiting for an elevator can take up 20 min // one of the bedrooms needs a tv all but one room had tv's // we would surely stay again and would enjoy working with tina again

This condo had lots of room for 3 families with small children. Very clean and comfortable. The beds are super comfortable. The windows and view are beautiful.

We loved this condo and Phoenix West. The owner was very easy to work with. We had 8 adults in the condo and there was plenty of room, everyone enjoyed sitting out on the extra large balcony. We have stayed in several different condos in the gulf and I would say this has been our favorite with a large group. The condo was very clean and well-maintained. Our sister-in-law kept walking around the condo saying this place is lovely! Everyone had fun in the lazy river and the pools. The only problem that we did have was with the blinds they were hard to open and close and noisy at night with the air blowing on them but I'm sure that's from alot of use. There was oil on the beach the days we were there but we still love coming down to the gulf and wanted to support them in their time of need so that we may continue to visit in the future. We hope to come back to this condo in the future with our family and make more wonderful memories.
