Beautiful Condo with Two Master Suites (Four bedrooms in all) Each bedroom has a private full bath and a hall guest bath. Queen sofa sleeper in the den and extra twin mattress in the master closet. This Luxury Resort is Located Directly on the Beach.

Phoenix West offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and miles of Beaches that can be seen from your Front Private Balcony. The balcony is over 600 square feet for your viewing pleasure!! You will enjoy 'location' at this Luxury Resort with Restaurants, Shopping and Activities within easy walking distance...something for everyone!
The whole family will love the Lazy River (floats provided) with Super Water Slide, BBQ Grills, Hot Tubs, Heated Indoor Pools, Kiddie Pool area, State of the Art Workout Exercise Facilities, Sauna, and Lighted Tennis Courts. Fully Furnished Kitchen, Full Washer & Dryer, Linens Provided. This is a 'Premium Unit' and we don't charge extra for it. Our condo is 'Family Friendly' with plenty of room for two families (or one really large family)
Our unit has a Family DVD Collection, Western Collection, Books and lots of family games (for those rainy days)
Thunder on the Gulf is scheduled for October (TBD )
You can stand on your balcony and watch the races.
The National Shrimp Festival is set for October 2012
There is WI FI (free wireless internet) in the unit and a desk area just in case you have to work a little while your on vacation.
TO BOOK THIS UNIT:
Check the Calender and Click 'BOOK IT' to get an instant quote. 25% down to book the dates and balance is due within 10 days of arrival. A Refundable charge of $200 added to all reservations. This is fully refundable after the departure inspection and cleaning.

Dates are not confirmed until 25% prepayment is processed.

We loved everything about this condo unit. The decorations made us feel like we were in a Hollywood Mansion or something. I stayed in the "Audry Hepburn" room which was great. The kids had a room and my elderly parents enjoyed the master suite. My brother and his wife had the second master suite and enjoyed the privacy. This condo had everything we needed and we spent a lot of time playing games at the dining table and looking at the beach from the hugh balcony. The owners are wonderful to work with and answered all the questions (we had many) This was the first time we had used vrbo but, now I will book with this owner everytime. The people at the front desk were rude but, that just proves my point- book with the owner!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We have stayed at the Phoenix West before and the family always enjoys the lazy river and water slide. We loved the floor plan of our condo and it worked great for our family. The only negatives were the amenities In the condo. We only had one dish towel and cloth and it seemed the kitchen was not well stocked. If we had known this we could have brought storage and serving bowls with us. Overall it was a great week and we look forward to next year. We enjoyed our vacation so much and the condo was perfect for our family of 13 ( 7 adults and 6 children including 2 babies). The master bedroom closet is indeed perfect for a nursery. The pictures in the rental listing do not do this condo justice. It was beautiful and so spacious. The balcony is tremendous and was much enjoyed. Our family would love to rent this condo again in the future. We had an excellent visit to Orange Beach. The condo is fabulous! The pictures online do not do it justice. We loved the movie theme throughout. Great facility with everything we needed and more. I would definitely stay here again!!! The condo is on the 21st floor which has its advantages. We had a great view of the area. Also, it helped with getting an elevator. By the time the elevator reached the lower floors, it was full and those guests had to wait. We were on within minutes.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The condo was beautiful and the amenities at Phoenix West are fabulous! The parking garage is very convenient, workout facilities are top notch, lazy river, pool, and waterslide are lots of fun! The unit was as described in the listing and photos. We like to cook in a lot and the kitchen was not so well equipped for that, but we were able to make do. Would definitely stay here again and just bring what we need to cook! I would certainly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a family friendly, clean, and beautifully decorated condo!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

my family an i recently stayed in condo 2021 which was more then we expected // the owner was wonderful to work with and was pleased to have met her // the facility itself has some bugs that need tobe worked out // waiting for an elevator can take up 20 min // one of the bedrooms needs a tv all but one room had tv's // we would surely stay again and would enjoy working with tina againRecommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

This condo had lots of room for 3 families with small children. Very clean and comfortable. The beds are super comfortable. The windows and view are beautiful.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
