Our winter retreat is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes from the town square and Nancy Lopez premier golf course.
This roomy ranch home was constructed in March 2003 and has been luxuriously furnished to ensure both your comfort and enjoyment. You will enjoy relaxing in the Florida room, which is furnished with very comfortable chairs and matching ottomans. This is the perfect place to begin your day with the morning paper and coffee or to end it with a good book and a drink.
The living and dining rooms are furnished with a Spanish flair and include an entertainment center with large screen TV, DVD and VCR player, sofa, love seat, end tables, large dining table, and matching Mission Oak server. The vaulted ceiling enhances the spacious kitchen, dining, and family rooms.
The master bedroom is furnished with an ultra comfortable queen-size mattress, his-and-her walk-in closets, dual sinks, private commode, and a roomy tiled shower with bench. The guest bedrooms, which are large rooms, each have queen-size beds and are fully furnished.

High Season .. January, February, March ............ $3050/month.
Mid Season .. April..$1800,October, November, December .. $1500/month.
Low Season .. May - September ..................... $1250/month.
$400 Security Deposit required & returned after successful walk-through.
All Rates are per month & a State Guest Tax of 8.5% is applicable to all rents.
Cleaning fee of $125,rental processing fee $75 and The Villages ID $50
Mid & Low Season available for weekly rentals; email for rates & availability.

Greetings! We want to thank you, Robert and Deb for allowing us to be one of the first in your new home. We are not golfers but are here to enjoy the sunshine and other many activities. You have wonderful neighbors as they have welcomed us as though we were permanent neighbors. This has truly been a memorable vacation!...We have stayed in several other rentals in other vacation areas but this home has been done with an exceptional flair.
