A sunny, 1000sf, three-bedroom apartment located across from the famous Duke Ellington building in a historic 1880's Sugar Hill (North Harlem). It's in a beautiful, recently renovated, pre-war coop with elevator, washer/dryer & bike storage in the basement.
- A queen size bed, four twin size beds (2 bunk-beds) and a baby crib. If you need extra space there is also a queen size air mattress.
- Clean, recently renovated full size bathroom. - Wireless network for your laptop. Sorry, NO TV but we do have Netflix so you can watch your favorite TV show or movie ...
- Air conditioner in the living room & master bedroom (which keeps the entire house cool) and an air purifier. - Full kitchen with appliances - fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender...
- An extremely child friendly apartment with everything from newborn on needs (toys, games, books, helmets, high chairs, stroller & car seats..) just give us an advanced notice so we can have it ready.

Our home is a perfect place for 6-7 people, couples, singles, family with children etc… It's available from July 19th - September 6th. The rent is all-inclusive with cleaning service at the end. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged for an additional fee. It's a non-smoker and pet free (allergies) house and we would love our guests to respect that. We want our guests to feel at home and have wonderful experience during their visit. If there is anything we can do to assist you and make your NYC experience extra special please let us know and we'll do our best to help.

This was one of the best decision we have made, definetely will recomend. The apartment was really cousy and clean, really close to the Metro, which is a plus. We had a great time. will definetely repeat. thanks, Helen and Batia.

We could not have asked for a better stay while in NYC! The location was so convenient to food and the subway. The owners went way out of their way to make sure we had everything we could possibly need for our family which made the trip so much better than we could have ever imagined. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this to any other families looking for a better alternative to overly-priced hotels that few families can afford. This place definitely earns 5 stars! Thanks!
