A modern townhouse in an exclusive private community, surrounded by trees and landscaping. Light, open layout with cathedral ceilings in the living room and master bedroom, full kitchen, separate dining room, hardwood floors, a private deck with garden furniture, and a barbecue grill.
Two private bedrooms each have their own bathroom, and two more people can sleep on the sofabed in the living room.
We have a large new recreation area downstairs, a space for entertainment and relaxation.
As our second home, it is beautifully furnished with all the amenities one needs for a luxurious stay. Situated in beautiful landscaped surroundings. We have a weekly maid and gardener. Our community's private pool is 75 yards away.
It is a short drive or bike ride into historic and charming Edgartown, two-and-one-half miles from South Beach, and near to walks and Martha's Vineyard wonderful bike paths.
Activities are unsurpassed on the Vineyard, with the quaint towns of Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and Vineyard Haven nearby. Excellent restaurants, movie theatres, video rentals, bike and boat rentals, harbors with sailing and fishing rentals, and serene ponds within walking distance. Nature's delight!
