  We had a great time at this condo! It is extremely clean, has well stocked kitchen, BBQ, close to pool, and it's huge! There is a back entertainment room perfect for kids! The owners were very helpful And responsive. No complaints :)

  I loved this condo-it was such a great find! Spacious, very comfortable and fully furnished for a totally relaxing time in the desert. The golf course, common swimming pools and hot tubs were well cared for and seemingly used by very few—yeah for peace and quiet! The owners were terrific in helping me negotiate the area and suggesting wonderful places to eat. I will definitely return next year!!!

  My wife and I stayed at this condo for the month of March 2012. We found it to be ideal for us and my brother who came for a couple of weeks with his wife. We did all kinds of sight-seeing and shopping and relaxed by the pool most afternoons. The home was clean and comfortable and the A/C was terrific after a day out in the wind and the sun. We enjoyed the BBQ which is better than ours at home! Huge flat screen TV in the family room was great but a few extra channels would be helpful. The kitchen is fully equipped and all the appliances were new. This home is right on the 5th Tee of GPA West on the second floor (walk-up) and we had plenty of entertainment in the mornings watching the golfers drive into the sand traps...then looking at their club as if to say what happened to you?? The beds were comfortable and the home is certainly roomy and bright. The owners were near-by and were available and attentive to all our needs and even recommended things to do in the area. We would certainly recommend this to anyone coming to Palm Springs Area for a holiday.

  We stayed at Lynne and Allan's condo for a golf tournament. The temperature was scorching and tthe golfer's suffered in the day but every afternoon they came back and we had a great time relaxing in this huge condo. The two licving rooms came in handy when I was watching something on the TV and the men wanted to watch something else. The unit is on the top and gave us a great view in the morning of the desert sun colors in the sky. I wuld sit on the atio and wait for the golfers I knew to ass by since the unit is right by the tee boxes. t night we ad good use of the BBQ and grilled steaks. The stocked kitchen and dishwaser was greatly used and being able to wash clothes came in handy since we were traveleing to Las Vegas after the tournament so we went with clean clothes. This unit is great whether you are trying for a romantic getaway or just vacationing with friends and family like we were. Shoping was close and traveling around the area was very easy. It is in a very nice resort area and we all felt safe and comfortable here. We will be contacting them again in the future.

  We were looking for a rental in Palm Desert / La Quinta area for April. Most we saw were a definite NO. We stayed in other facilities in the past and choose not to rent them again. Then we heard about this condo. The Sacks let us see it and we were sold. It was like living at home. It was clean, spacious, quiet, and close to everything we liked doing. The airport being close by made it easy to pick up family members. When they were invited, they were thinking typical condo. When they entered, they were wowed! The spaciousness gave us all some space to call our own. The quiet gave us the respite we needed. Coffee on the patio each morning watching the golfers was a nice treat. It is an upstairs condo, so it will work for anyone who can navigate stairs. The place was clean when we arrived so it easy to maintain. The pictures are a “what you see, is what you get” accurate view. The Sacks made sure we could reach them if there was a problem. We would not hesitate to return here. However, we just bought a desert home.

  My wife and I spent the months of February & March 2010 at this very clean & spacious condo.In addition to the array of golfing activities present,the condo is within a short driving distance to several Happy Hour locations that we took advantage of on several occasions.The beds were very comfortable and the two extra large TVs were a plus as we tend to watch TV in the latter part of the evening.We so enjoyed watching the golfers tee off from the balcony during our afternoon Happy Hour. While we are not returning to La Quinta this next winter, we certainly would recommend this condo to Seniors and families alike that are looking for a comfortable place to stay at good value.

  This property has everything necessary to have a great holiday. The unit was obviously well maintained and updated recently. The Sacks family did all they could to assist us and make our holiday totally enjoyable. Location, decor and amenities were great. The owners were just a phone call away to look after any issues, which they did promptly. We have passed on this property to other friends and would recommend it to any couple, family or group wanting to have a great time. Thanks for being so friendly and helpful.
