This is a great condo property. The complex is very quiet, has two pools and two spas, tennis courts, two laundry rooms and is walking distance to all the great Palm Springs restaurants and shopping. The view of the mountains and the landscaping is beautiful and our resident hummingbirds provide hours of enjoyment. The complex is gated providing a safe, peaceful environment.
Amenities include a big screen TV, a Cal King bed, lots of closet space, cable TV, Wi-Fi and cable internet, phone, dining table that seats 4, balcony with table and two chairs, iron and portable ironing board, hair dryer, and dinner ware, utensils, pots and pans.

About the owner: We have lived in Southern California since 1981 having moved here from Tucson, Arizona. We like to travel and have been to Hawaii, Mexico, and Europe. We have found out what we like when we rent a property in these locations and we try to incorporate these things in our rental property in Palm Springs. We hope you will come and stay in our great condo.
Why the Owner Chose Ramon Estados:
Since moving to the area seven years ago, we have really enjoyed all that the Palm Springs area has to offer. We love exploring the shops and restaurants, browsing through the craft fairs and swap meets and going to concerts. The warm winters really appealed to us as well.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
When we first visited the Ramon Estados complex we were so impressed with how quiet,peaceful, and beautiful it was. We knew this was the place for us. We can really relax yet "do the town" when we want to. We really enjoy walking to downtown Palm Springs or driving the short distance to the other desert cities such as Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage and La Quinta.
