Great, clean, 2 BR, 2 BA cottage that has everything you need for a Lake of the Ozarks getaway. Cottage is roomy w/ large 2 tiered deck with tables and outdoor seating for 10+. Lakefront offers fishing, swimming, skiing & tubing. Dock has swim deck and is padded for safe tie up for your boat/PWC's.
Conveniently located, we're just 10 minutes from Laurie supermarkets; directly across the Main Channel from 'Toad Cove' but back behind the Twin Islands @ 8.5MM - in a no-wake section of Cape Hollow cove. Only 10 minutes from Frankie & Louie's complex by boat or car. What more could you ask for?
Two bedrooms and pullout sleeper couch offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for at least 6 adults (7 if you include the 2nd couch.) If you want to bring blow up mattresses/sleeping bags for the kids, we've had more!
Has all the dishes, utensils, pots & pans you'll need. Gas stove, Fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker and washer/dryer downstairs. Large gas grill on deck.
Cottage faces West with late afternoon sun for relaxing down at the dock. All in all, a great place for the price!

This wonderful house was perfect for our week long vacation. The location on the water was nice and quiet with nature all around. We had 4 adults and 1 child, along with two small dogs. Every one of us enjoyed the property. The house has everything you need to be comfortable. The neighbors in the area are also very nice and helpful. Great swimming and fishing right off the dock and there are many popular restaurants minutes away. The owner was also beyond helpful with any questions or information we needed.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Rates
From March 21st thru May 25 - $120/night. From June 1st thru Sept 1st - $140/night or $840/week. Memorial Day & Labor Day weekends - $510 for 3 nights. (3 night min.) From Sept 6th thru Oct 16th - $120/night or $720/week. Deposit required to hold the reservation;becomes Security Deposit upon check-in. Security Deposit may be more for groups over 5 people. Security Deposit refunded within 5 Business Days after check-out and cottage has been inspected. Cleaning fee of $55. Pets may be extra.
