This beautiful villa is only a short drive to all the major theme parks in the area, It is 10 minutes to Magic KIngdom and the thrill of Mickey and Minnie and friends.
There are numerous restaurants,shops and very good golf courses in the area. The retail outlets are only 20 minutes away to snatch up some of the wonderful bargains that are to had in Orlando and there are more opening all the time.
The villa itself is a true home from home with everything you will need to have a superb holiday. It is fully air conditioned and there are also fans in all the rooms.New 50inch HDTV, public areas newly tiled, freshly painted. It has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer,cooker,dishwasher and all crockery and cutlery provided.
In the utility room there is a washer and a dryer.

Master Bedroom has king size bed & en suite with huge walk in shower, double washbasins and separate W.C.
There are patio doors leading directly to the pool & flat screen T.V & DVD player.
The Queen size bedroom has a flat screen T.V. and DVD player. It is located directly opposite the shower room which also opens out to the pool area.
There are 2 twin rooms also with TV and DVD players, also a Play station games console. These 2 bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom
The pool has an extended deck area and a brand new 6 person hot tub
The games room has a slate bed pool table,an air hockey table and twin basketball net as well as a fan and table & chairs

The deck is extended to give everyone plenty of space. There is also a hot tub there. LED light fitted in pool to give a fun atmosphere.

There is also a Playstation 2 console with 2 controllers and several games.

We have been renting Villa's for 14 years and this was perhaps the best. The location was near the attractions and parks with some great restaurants close by. The hot tub was used daily as was the pool, the pool heat was perfect after the first day. Although we did not use the golf clubs they were a great addition that we have never seen in other rentals. We stayed in this villa in March 2010 for 3 weeks, and will definitely go back there again, As a regular visitor to Florida for our yearly vacation, we have stayed in numerous villas around the area, but have to say this villa was one of the best we stayed in, and will be back again The home was spotless throughout and we found it was well equipped with everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, after a long day out at the parks. The free internet access was handy for communicating with back home(so bring your laptop) The games room was a godsend when we had a relaxing day at home or when it rained on the odd occasion The pool was fantastic, one of the best we had, and the pool heating was excellent, and kept the temperature perfect. The hot tub, was super for easing those aching bones after a long day, and very relaxing. The location, is ideal for shopping, restaurants, the estate was tidy and very quiet, there is a new Publix being built 5 minutes away as well. This villa is ideal for catering for the youngsters and the oldies, definitely a place to spend your vacation in Florida I would place it in the 9 out of 10 bracketDid you find this review helpful? We’ve just returned from a great stay in this villa. It was ideal for my family, my husband and 4 kids. The villa was exactly as stated and we really enjoyed getting back to it after a day at the parks[good location for same] to relax in the hot tub, have a dip in the pool and play in the games room. We stayed in this property in July 2008 for our family holiday with two teenage children. The accommodation was excellent, home from home and very spacious. This property suited all of us, we could easily drive to restaurants, shops and theme parks yet could then get away from the crowds and relax in the Jacuzzi and pool. Mornings sat outside waiting for the children to wake were very enjoyable, we loved watching the storks walk around the gardens. Submitted: Thu, 14 Jul 2011) Stayed at this lovely villa june2008 with my husband, daughter, son, daughter in law and grandchild and we found it perfect for all ages. The villa location was great, in a nice quiet area with local shops minutes away. Theme parks, outlet shopping, malls, state parks and lakes within 30minutes easy drive. It was great that all attractions were not far to drive as the villa was a holiday in itself. When we went out we always looked forward to returning to the villa for a relaxing swim, reading a book by the pool under the large lanai, eating a meal inside or outside and then some of us would spend some time in the games room. A great holiday at Blossomhill Haven, I look forward to returning and would recommend it to anyone.
