Our Tennis Master villa has been recently professionally redecorated and is just minutes from the white sandy beach at Shipyard Plantation and the Van der Meer Shipyard Racquet Club is truly next door. We overlook the eighth green of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course from our villa's private decks. It is a luxuriously furnished, private residence with 2400 square feet on two floors.
The Crowne Plaza Resort, complete with shops, restaurants, bars, and nightly entertainment is even closer. Relax in a large pool which is reserved just for Tennis Master guests just 150 feet from the villa's front door. Rent bikes for a memorable day of biking on the hard sandy beach at Shipyard after a round of golf or enjoy FREE tennis at the Van der Meer courts next door as our guests.
The villa's first floor boasts a large, ceramic tiled, living area with an entertainment center, an "eat-in" kitchen, separate dining area, and two private decks for lagoon and golf viewing. We provide full kitchen and laundry facilities and a barbecue for your convenience.
The first floor, master bedroom has a king-sized bed. TC/VCR and a sunken bath/shower and a deck for golf and flora and fauna viewing. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV/VCR and full bath and a private deck overlooking the golf course. The third bedroom has twin beds and a full bath with its own TV/VCR and private deck. This is a great villa for families or couples ready for a wonderful vacation.
Located in the gated community of Shipyard Plantation, our villa offers access to golf on the surrounding three courses and beyond,FREE tennis, miles of trails for walking, biking, and enjoying Hilton Head Island's special surroundings. Come and just sit and enjoy this tropical paradise or take part in the many activities just minutes away. There is much to do year round.
