This direct beach front condo offers breath taking views of the Gulf Coast.
The condo is tiled throughout with the exception of the newly carpeted bedroom, is professionally decorated and will accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably when using the queen sleeper sofa and the built in hallway bunks.
New flat screen TV's were recently added.

We loved this condo. Its right on the beach, very clean and in a super location. Close to everything. Such nice folks to rent from too! Rented this last year to attend a softball tourney and liked it so much we are renting it again. Its just right for me and my family. Thanks so much Kimberly! We love you!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

Summer is $1250/week. Fall is $750/week. The parking fee is valid for the entire length of your stay. The cleaning is provided upon your departure. 11% tax, $75 cleaning, $20 parking.
