Our condo is conveniently located in Glendale. Nearby you will find Arrowhead Mall, Peoria Sports complex, movie theater and many restaurants, and all are 5 miles of the condo. Major medical facilities are within walking distance of the condo. Numerous golf courses that are opened to the public are just minutes away. The trendy Westgate City Center, Jobing Arena and the Cardinals Stadium are nearby (within 10 miles). Catch a spring training baseball game in the spring or watch the Arizona Diamondbacks in the summer. In the fall you can see the Arizona Cardinals in their new stadium. Year round, there are many activities to enjoy in the greater Phoenix area. Plan your next vacation in Phoenix, you won't be disappointed.

We stayed here for the month of January and loved it....great location - close to walking trail, shopping and restaurants. We thought it might be noisy so close to the hospital but not at all. We'd been travelling for a number of months and this was the best stocked vrbo we stayed at....and loved the welcome gift bag. Kim, the owner, was great...quick to respond to any queries and very accommodating. Loved the pool area - very clean and well maintained. All in all a wonderful stay.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+, pet owners.

We stayed for 1 week and found it to be very clean and comfortable. The complex itself was quiet and our dog especially enjoyed the grassy areas throughout the complex. We also enjoyed having the walking trail nearby. The condo is in close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and hospital. The owner always answered emails quickly. Thanks for the nice welcoming gift, it was appreciated. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the area in the future.

We had stay 1 month and everythings was perfect. The place is very very clean, quiet, the overall community is nice with a nice and clean swimming pool and spa aera. And the owners are very helpful, are understandable and very nice and fine. We will rent again for sure.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway.
